An actor came forward and defended the concept of the show, Comedy Nights Bachao..

The show, 'Comedy Nights Bachao' has been in the news since its inception owing to its concept of roasting and insult comedy of the guests on the show.

In spite of several criticism, the show has managed to gain a lot of popularity and has been graced by several B-town biggies like Shah Rukh Khan and Salman Khan. The show led by Krushna Abhishek and Bharti Singh recently faced a bit of flak by the fans of an actor.

The actor is none other then Upen Patel. Upen was a guest recently on the show along with partner, Karishma Tanna and other guests.

The show was as usual an entertaining one, however, the fans of the actor apparently had some limitations about the same.

The actor had a candid conversation with his fans on twitter, where he gracefully and fairly defended the show and the concept..

We tried contacting Upen, however, couldn't reach him.

However, the actor certainly deserves a lot of kudos for tackling this..!

As he said: "its the concept of the show!!!!" Don't like it don't watch it! My respect for UP has risen after this... If u think they are "insulting" feel free to turn the channel to a different one at 10PM every Saturday! TBH, I don't see the point in the argument b/w pro-bachaos and anti-bachaos because as fans, you choose one side whereas off-screen they are all friends and at the end of the day, don't exactly give any damn about what happens onscreen! Its a show that's doing damn good on TV and helps me unwind every Saturday night after a long week! That is all that matters for me! So please! don't be a hypocrite and "insult" CNB if u felt that it "insults" your fav stars! Chill people!! listen to UP! ;)

This show is not a comedy show at all its pure insulting used to watch in d beginning but its plain irritating they pick on actors and guests career and keep on insulting which is neither entertaining nor funny
