Always wanted to work with Ekta Kapoor: Amandeep Sidhu aka Anmol of ‘Naagin 6’

Colors’ show ‘Naagin 6’ has taken a major turn with a generation leap. The show has introduced new characters which has enhanced the story-line. Actors Amandeep Sidhu and Pratik Sehajpal have been roped in to play important roles. Amandeep plays the character of Anmol while Pratik plays her boyfriend Rudra. However, Rudra is also getting attracted towards Prarthana (Pratha’s daughter, played by Tejasswi Prakash).

People have loved Amandeep’s Naagin look and are also appreciating her acting chops. India Forums got in a quick chat with the actress and asked her about working experience with Balaji. Amandeep said, “I was quite excited and thrilled when I got the confirmation of bagging the project. It’s a mega show on Indian television... it has been my privilege to be part of this wonderful show... I always wanted to be a part of Balaji family and work under the super-talented Ekta Kapoor”.

Talking about her character in the show and the feedback from fans, “My character has been appreciated by ‘Nagin 6’ audience… Viewers are really loving my looks and giving positive feedback. I am grateful to everyone for loving and accepting Anmol”.

When asked if she’s fine if her character turns negative, she said, “Negative or positive; being an actor if the script is good and my character is interesting, I would love to perform both…”

Amandeep is known for her stint in shows like ‘Teri Meri Ik Jindri’, ‘Choti Sardarni’ among others.
