In the glittering world of Bollywood, where lineage often plays a significant role in one's journey to stardom, Alia Bhatt stands out as a shining example of talent and individuality. Born into a family deeply entrenched in the film industry, with her father Mahesh Bhatt being a distinguished filmmaker and her mother Soni Razdan an accomplished actress, one might assume that Alia's childhood was filled with cinematic experiences. However, in a recent revelation that offers a glimpse into her unique upbringing, Alia shared that she didn't extensively watch her parents' movies during her formative years. Instead, she found herself drawn to the films of her sister, Pooja Bhatt.
Alia, known for showcasing her acting prowess through a myriad of acclaimed roles, opened up about her childhood viewing habits in a recent discussion with Elle US Magazine. She disclosed,
"Honestly, I was very sensitive as a child, and I took the films too seriously. I didn't want to see my mother being pushed out of a window or see her suffering. That wasn't something I wanted to engage with." Surprisingly, Alia also found some of her father's films to be too intense for her age at the time.
