Alaya F to star with Harshvarrdhan Kapoor in Rhea Kapoor’s next? Actress loved the idea and role: Reports

Alaya F’s phenomenal performance in her debut film Jawaani Jaaneman took the audience by a storm. While sharing the screen with two experienced actors like Tabu and Saif Ali Khan, the actress made an irreplaceable mark in the hearts of the audiences. However, while she is currently on a hunt for her second project, Alaya is likely to be approached by Rhea Kapoor for her next.

A recent Bollywood Hungama report suggests that while Reha has been working on Veere Di Wedding 2 since its announcement, she is also working on a few other projects and this time, it is touted to be with her brother Harshvarrdhan Kapoor and the impressive newcomer Alaya F.

A source said, "Rhea loved this script which is a rom-com but more in the comedy space. Harsh is brilliant with his comic timing and everyone loved his scene in AK vs AK. Usually, he has done serious cinema so Rhea felt this film will be a perfect breakaway from his image and also help him be more commercially viable. Harsh has liked the script."

Not just the audience but, Alaya has also managed to impress Rhea as the source added, "Rhea loves Alaya F and feels she is better than every other young actor today. She took the film to Alaya who loved the whole idea and the role. It is a matter of time when they go on the floors with it."

However, no official statement has been made from the actors or the producer. 

Alaya recently won the Filmfare Award in the Best Debut Female category for her turn and received the award from her grandfather Kabir Bedi.
