Aditi Sharma recalls Diwali celebrations as a child this Diwali week

Diwali, the festival of lights, holds a special place in the hearts of millions, transcending boundaries and weaving together a tapestry of joy, traditions, and togetherness, people celebrate not just the festival, but the entire Diwali week. Aditi Sharma, acclaimed for her portrayal of Dua in Zee TV's Rabb Se Hai Dua, shares her delightful perspective on Diwali, emphasizing the significance of family, tradition, and the simple joys that make the festival so special.

Talking to us, the Rabb Se Hai Dua actress said, “For me, Diwali is all about spending time with my family and friends. In fact, I remember even when I was a kid, my brother and I used to clean our rooms with full enthusiasm and help our mom decorate the house by putting up diyas, and flowers, making rangolis, and putting up lights on our balconies making it a fun-filled celebration for us. We also had an annual family tradition of going out and shopping for new clothes, and even now, we try to follow the same. On Diwali as well, we offer our prayers to Goddess Lakshmi and seek her blessings for the whole family. All these small little things make the festival special and brings in a lot of joy and happiness in my life. This year, even though I am shooting for Rabb Se Hai Dua, I will try and visit my parents in Delhi during Diwali as I love the whole vibe that comes with this festival, and being around my family during this time is something I enjoy.''
