Actors speak about their buy on Dhanteras!

While people across the nation are purchasing gold items and many other valuable things in full swing, our actors too are sportingly buying things as today is the auspicious Dhanteras. The festival marks the begining for the much loved Diwali festival as people across light diyas, their house decorate it for the the festivity.

We ask actor about their buy on the auspicious occasion of Dhanteras -

Rajshri Rani Pandey loved as Suhani in Star Plus' Suhani Si Ek Ladki says - I had applied for a day off on this auspicious occasion but could not get it so I will celebrate on the set. My mom used to buy silver coin every year on this day but now as she is not with me, I will complete her emptiness by buying a silver coin today.

Kanchi Singh loved as Avni in Zee TV's lovable show Aur Pyaar Ho Gaya says - I am buying an iPhone 6 for myself and Samsung Note 3 for my dad. Recently our mobiles were stolen so this would be our electronic shopping on Diwali. Every year I get one silver coin so till now I have collected around 20-25 silver coins. We also buy gold and do Laxmi puja which is a ritual that we follow every year.

Digangana loved as Veera in Star Plus' Veera says - I am are very fond of Gold and my mother also loves Gold so whenever we go out for shopping we could not stop ourselves from taking one gold item. As  this auspicious day is meant for buying gold, every year we follow a ritual and buy a gold item on this day.

Kiku Sarda loved as Palak in Colors' Comedy Nights With Kapil says - I will be busy shooting for Comedy Nights in the evening but we usually do puja at home, light diyas and buy some gold on this day. This year too will be buying gold or silver coin on this auspicious occasion.

Lavina Tandon seen as Ruqiya in Zee TV's popular show Jodha Akbar says - This year I am shooting and so could not get time to shop anything but I remember last year I had got a Ertiga car for myself on Dhanteras and celebrated it with full zeal and zest."
