Abhishek Rawat, Aruna Irani and Shahbaaz Khan in Sony's next

It was earlier reported on TellyBuzz that the makers of Star One's popular show Remix, Rose Audio Visual Pvt Ltd, is all set to bring in a fairy tale story on Sony TV with Priyal Gor as the lead. We had also reported that the show will be on the lines of popular book and adapted movie, Princess Diaries. Today we bring in some latest updates on the same.

A source says, "Abhishek Rawat, who was seen in Zee TV's Agle Janam Mohe Bitiya Hi Kijo, will play the lead in the show opposite Priyal Gor. Veteran actors, Aroona Irani and Shahbaaz Khan will also portray pivotal roles in the show wherein Aruna will play the Granny of the lead girl."

The title of the show has been finalized as Dekha Ek Khwab and we hear that the show will be a daily with one hour duration.

We tried contacting Abhishek Rawat and Shahbaaz Khan for a confirmation, but both were unavailable for comments.

We also texted Producer Srishti Arya, but did not get a revert.

With a promising cast already roped in for the show, let us see if the Indian version of the show appeals the audience.
