Abhinav opens up on Rubina being away in Shimla due to COVID-19 & him being in Mumbai

We reported earlier in the day about how Rubina Dilaik has tested positive for COVID-19 and while she is under quarantine at her hometown in Shimla, husband and actor Abhinav Shukla was in Punjab on her way to Mumbai.

Talking about it with ETimes TV, Shukla said, "I landed in Mumbai some time back and have just reached home. I will be staying here because Rubina is in isolation at her home in Shimla. So there's no point me going there. No one will be able to meet her right now."

When asked about his first reaction when he came to know and whether he panicked or not,  he said, "Panicking doesn't help anyone, we have to be well informed about how to handle it. If we panic then people around too will do the same. We are following all the SOP's (Standard Operating Procedures) and that's important. I'm hoping she gets well soon."

We hope Dilaik is able to recover at the soonest and the couple is ready to meet soon.
