If you have become an ardent follower of dark love stories on TV, then you are bound to have your favourites listed out over the years.

We are almost certain that you would have the likes of Ek Hasina Thi and Beyhadh on that list for sure.

But, even before Beyhadh became the rage it was last year, we can surely say that this wave of having dark thrillers is at its maximum these days. We have multiple shows like Ek Deewaana Tha and Ishq Mein Marjawan on the tube right now, which sport unconventional concepts.

But, in modern times if there was one show specifically that iniaited this wave, then that was Star Plus' Ek Hasina Thi.

Over 4 years ago, se were introduced to a show like Ek Hasina Thi, which wasn't your regular run-off-the-mill drama. Dark, vengeful and dramatic, Ek Hasina Thi went in to become a sensation amongst the viewers.

It also presented the first time on-screen pairing of Vatsal Sheth and Sanjeeda Shaikh, which, as we know went on to become one of the most popular pairings of all time.

But, why are talking about this show today? Because, yesterday marked the completion of 4 years of Ek Hasina Thi, and none other than the maker of the show, Siddharth P. Malhotra went on to post about it-

Yes! It has been 4 years, and it almost seems like time flew by, isn't it?

While, we congratulate the whole team, we hope we get a show like Ek Hasina Thi soon.

Dark love story? LOL..
It was a great show but didn't end as it was suppose to be. An unwanted love story in fact killed the show.

It was a great show and Star plus had abruptly closed it.
Simone , Sanjeeda , Vatsal were fab.

A show that started with a bang and ended too soon. Simone Singh needs to be back on TV asap the scenes of her and Sanjeeda's was the backbone of the show.

It was a great show and every episode was hell of a ride...Sanjeeda Sheikh as Durga, Simone Singh as Sakshi are unparalleled..Vastal, Bhavanesh Ayub all have a Fab job!!!Hope it comes back with Season 2...it will also help SP regain it's viewers back!!!
