You can easily access your Private Messages/PMs by clicking on the Private messages icon at the extreme right corner near your bell notification or by clicking in your Profile, drop down menu appears, then click on 'Private Messages'

At same drop down menu (i.e clicking in your Profile) , can lead you to Scrapbook at the 3rd option.
