Flying Turtles' Savitri on Life OK is all set for a revamp, where now the story will move back to before 1000 years era. Names like Amit Behl, Raj Arjun are zeroed to play pivotal roles while Yash Pandit, who earlier played Satya has waved out of the show.
Accordingly, now, Satyaveer's role will be played by Ashish Kapoor, last seen in Love Marriage Ya Arrange Marriage. Talking on the same Ashish said, " I am very much excited to be part of Savitri and I hope it comes out well. I have just shot the promos today and will start shooting soon."
Yash Pandit, who weighed Satya's character well till now, shares his feelings, "It was a mutual decision to move out of the show as I was convinced with the character earlier before taking up the show. However now with the revamp idea I was not that keen to continue with the show."
Source furthermore informs, "Post revamp, Rahukaal will play the king of Kangalbhoomi, Raj Arjun will play Chandal King. Actor Sanjay Bhatia will essay Mahamantri."
We too hear that the makers for the role of Sughanda, who is a dancer had approached Nigaar Khan, however as she is busy shooting for Zee TV's Buddha, they have now made up their minds to bring the dusky beauty Parul Chauhan of Bidaai Fame to essay the role.
All our efforts to reach Parul were futile.
