it is not shown in new ramayana but in old ramayana it was shown that manthra ask kaikey to welecome bharat with pooja kli thali as he was the future king of ayodhya and kaikey will be raj mata they dont want bharat to go and meet dashrath or kushlya or sumitra so manthra asked bharat to meet kaikey 1 so that they can welecome bharat and can tell him about there plan
