Yes Kam.

And consider just how delicate & soft-hearted Sitaji has been described by people close to her. Queen Kaushalya once said, "Sita my beloved daughter-in-law is so delicate that her feet are not fit to touch hard ground. I have never asked her to even stir the wick of a lamp, leave aside asking such a delicate girl to do anything else. Sita is so softhearted that she gets frightened just by seeing the picture of a monkey!! Tell me Ram, how can Sita live in forest?"

Yet, not only Sitaji lived in forests for 14 years, but also withstood all the hardships of Lanka with courage. Not only the sort of tortures Kritika has been coming up with, she will spend four months of the monsoons sitting under that Ashoka tree, braving heavy rains & ravaging elements, without losing hope.
