In this serial, while Deepika did double as Lakshmi, it's not clear that Arun doubled as Vishnu. When he emerged from the water in his blue form, it looked like it was another actor altogether.

Anyone know whether it was Arun only who played Vishnu, or someone else? And if so, who was that someone else?

I think it’s Arun Govil only .. it’s that Blue make up/ paint that’s giving the appearance its another actor .

I have same doubt but I feel it's another actor not Arun govil. If you see very first episode Vishnu is same one which came out of saryu nadi after ram avtaar ends.
