New Reader...read all the parts for the first time...

Looks like Khushi had much more heart break apart from what Arnav and Payal did to her... How did Garima and Buaji break her...? I can't guess ... But Payal is real selfish coward...still not ready to accept or confess her guilt...

But were her headaches just Migraine or anything else ...?
