I love the banter between Jai and Bani, and poor Natch is just sooo cute. I'm going river rafting with hubby and daughter on the Cauvery river during the summer hols and I do hope it's safe. Even tho all of us truly are champion swimmers.

The dargah at Ajmer is very special to my family...apparently before I was born my parents made a special prayer to have a baby girl (my dad wanted a baby girl desparately) and took me there straight from the hopsital for thanksgiving! 😊

The Ajmer Dargah is one of the most revered places of worship in India and a place where people from all faiths come for Blessings! It is especially famous because expectant parents go to seek blessings for an unborn child or for a child's good health! (The Sufiana Kalam which is normally performed during the Urs is just mind-blowing! Even an Atheist will start believing in God once he hears it!)

Glad you liked the travelouge part of the story!😊 These are all places I have personally visited, hence writing about them was revisiting them once more!

Hi Somali,

Hope you have a great trip! Btw, River Rafting has nothing to do with knowing Swimming or not! Everyone wears Life-Jackets while Rafting and if one does fall off the Raft (Which is pretty common due to the flow of Rapids), one automatically gets washed ashore or else, a rescue team member gets the person out in no time! Hence, I called it a very safe sport (And lots of fun too!)

Glad you liked Nachiket's character! I adore the guy who plays Nattu in KS and think he is badly wasted in the damn serial🤢

Great part. After business school I did a 5 weeks bharat darshan trip myself with a friend of mine. It was a blast. This brings back memories. The taj is so awe inspiring that you don't feel it till you are stnading in front of it.

Strangely, I have always felt more awed by 'Fathehpur Sikri' than by the Taj itself! Though, I have to confess, that the Taj affects even the most unemotional and unromantic person! There is something about the Monument that brings a lump in your throat!

There is another beautiful masoleum in Agra, the one that Nurjahan built in memory of her Father...That is supposed to be the original insipiration for the Taj itself!

The description of Ajmer Sharif was so beautiful and the last scene Jai forgoing his confrence and sitting ther with Bani and Karuna's smile on seing them togehter, said so much.😉😳😃

Aww...the river rafting scene was so cute😆. Love Nach alot😃, he and Bani are so cute 😛and Jai is not helping matters at all😉 , as Bani dear is so in love with him, her childhood crush has turned into full time love.😳

Loved each and every detail dear, and the banter between all of them, espcially between Jai and Bani and Nach.

As you know, I don't read alot of fanfics but I am pleasantly hooked on your story. Your Jai and Bani are very endearing! Bechari Bani always having her legs being pulled by Jai who seems to be enjoying it too too much. Quite howlarious and brings a feeling of deja vu. It's already a foregone conclusion that Bani has fallen head over heels for the much older JW but it's also a foregone conclusion that the young Bani makes him melt like a marshmallow. Now what's the deal with this Chewbecca?? I hope your Bani too don't deal well w/jealously as we all know what KS Bani's jealous led to. 😉 Looking forward to the continuation.

What a tour! For anyone that's not been to India, it reading your travelogue would sure seem tempting.

I loved seeing Taj from the Agra Fort. It looked so beautiful, especially with the reflection in the river water. What torment Shan Jahan must have felt looking at it during his imprisonment in the fort.

Bani got a kiss from JW from the rafting mishap so it wasn't a wasted trip.

After talking to you the first thing I did was login in and read the chapter...It's amazingly well writte, the travelogue is so well descripted...and I love Nachiket's character...and I particularly enjoyed reading the banter between Jai and Bani...that is just sooo adorable...really can't wait to read the next chapter.
