It's not about who the stranger is-street kid or rich kid or rich adult-some people do not like being pushed and shoved around! I don't! and I get pissed! Celebrity hue tou you go around hugging and kissing people! If she's not comfortable, she's not! If that makes her stuck up, so be it!

You are not a celebrity (I'm assuming here), you don't crave for people's attention and neither do kids come running behind you for a hand shake. But these celebrities will cry if they don't get attention from people and paparazzi.

No one asked for her to kiss them or hug them. A hand shake or even just a smile at them might have made them feel better. But the fact that she is behaving as if she will get a disease if they touch shows her stuck up attitude.
