what a cute chapter.

Why does Khushi have a limp ? ( I havent read all of it - I remember reading MKM I)

Wish Arnav would give in to his passions when Khushi is not inebriated - it will give her some confidence also. Methinks Arnav has to do ssome rethinking 😃

I didn't like this update much.

Usually I feel so happy when I read your updates, it kinda fills my heart to read it. But this time...

I didn't like 2 things in this update:

1) The first scene seemed a fragmented piece and fitted in unnecessarily. Yes the gown purchase might be some future plan of yours. But then the shift that came after that seemed a bit odd to me. You do often take shifts like that, but I used to love them, because they used to be graceful shifts. But this one, I felt something wrong.

2) I was put off by the 'puppy talk'. From the time alcohol was mentioned, I was expecting 3 things - a funny Kushi, what-do-i-do-now Arnav and KISS!

You gave the Kiss. But the puppy talk and Kushi's actions bored me and I didn't find it funny. Arnav was okay there, but both were not up to the mark nor was the scene there.

This would have been okay if it came from an ordinary writer. But I expected more perfected and interesting version of this drunken heroine and clueless boyfriend/husband scene!!!!

But yes, you gave us the KISS! And thank you so much for that. Though I expected it, when it came I was clean bowled. Like I expected Arnav's first kiss was aggressive. I had actually waited for this passion explosion from a long time. So I was happy.

And in the following scene, I felt Kushi's questions were not to the point. Yes she asked about not liking her. But then I felt she kept chanting it rather than actually asking it. She could have asked it in different ways than repeating the same phrase over and over.

But Arnav's response in the scene was superb. That is what I liked most in this update. The way he thought - that in no way is she going to sleep off after asking this to me. And also at the end, when he hoped in my mind that she remember that he said he like her, a lot was the cutest scene in this update. Not he saying that to her, but hoping that he remember it and the way he phrased his thoughts there, with a tinge of sadness made me want to give him a hug!

I wanted to kill you for ending it there, but then yea we will have to wait to know if she remembers or not. I leave it on you, but I think maybe she should not remember because Arnav must be telling her all this on face when she is in her senses. Maybe he should talk to her once she is normal and ask her why she behaved so yesterday and clear her doubts.

Also the change in the nightmare was an intelligent step. So now his fears have changed, is it? I liked that. I like it when a man is emotionally dependent on his female! That is so cute!!!!!!!!!!!

Update the next part soon. This time it was sooo late

it was a kissable and hug-worthy update... loved it!
a complete package of masti, first kiss, desire, passion, alcoholic, drown-worthy, and full of Arnav- kuhshi!!! loved it, loved it, loved it... bas!!!

what do you do to us Anon!!! its all too good to put in words!. you make me crazier with your each update. Girl, you are seriously something! get ur works published... what r you waiting for. its all just too good to be true...! Just make it large.

the starting of the update with Khushi purchasing and shopping in the Wafi Mall of Dubai was a treat. Finally they went to Dubai! Yupiee!!! and what a trip this was, by the end which it blossomed into something so beautiful, if Khushi doesn't remember it, she will curse her luck later!!!
Arnav is so protective of Khushi and trying his best to fulfill all his husband's duty and keep her happy without making her feel uncomfortable. i loved it when he made sure to spend evenings with Khushi and as Khushi so rightly pointed out he is so carefree and happy outside India... Also, the credit card which Arnav so thoughtfully gave to Khushi was another one that i liked. it shows how much he cares and bothers about khushi and is slowly taking her responsibility which made her feel glad... and see, she is feeling so nice in purchasing the dress from Arnav's card that it made her feel special...

well, as much as Khushi wants to say that she is not a child, but her activities are so adorable, its not Arnav's fault at all if he sometimes, only sometimes, feels that khushi is being Kiddiish...! i support Arnav here, becoz just like him i find this child-woman too loveable.

Now the bar convo is all so funny and PUPPY talk is the added flavor in this update!!!
also the Jail talk has me into splinters of Laughter and so did the Kissing scene in the elevator with Khushi being all comical in her Alcoholic mood!!!
the Following lines are my personal favorite!
'Oh My God. Banned? As in illegal? Against the law? Are they going to throw me in jail for it? I don't want to go to jail. I don't want to drink if that is so'
'That's the max you'll get today kiddo' he lovingly chided.
Kiddo? She tried to shoo away the heavy feeling in her heart. And here she was thinking they had made some progress in their married life. He was probably amusing her by going along with her plans everyday. Hell, she should have taken the hint when he appointed that babysitter driver for her.
Shit! Arnavji is SO drunk. He is practically swaying.
'Where did my drink go?A cute puppy came and I gave your drink to him. He was lost and thirsty. I hope you don't mind'

And where is this puppy of yours?' he tried a different line of interrogation.

'He was getting late. He went home' was her answer.

And he wanted scotch, not water?'He... he was looking at it ... longingly' Looking at it? I see. From down there?' his eyes traveled from floor to the four and a half feet high bar counter'And you said he was lost. How did he go home then?

While her husband maturely paid no attention to blatant PDA going on a foot away from him, Khushi's eyes turned into saucers.

'HAWWW' she exclaimed butting her head out from Arnav's side, staring without blinking on his other side at the shameless couple.

Arnav hastily clamped his palm on his wife's mouth and pushed her head back onto his side.

Khushi removed his hand, leaned forward again and relayed oblivious Arnavji her observation. 'They are KISSING Arnavji'. Loud and clear. Her petite mouth open round, big and scandalized.

and when Finally Arnav had enough of his wife's cold shoulder treatment then he relented to ask her and the reply he gt made his already scared heart to beat in fear that he did commit a mistake somewhere to upset Khushi. Arnav is so scared, it is pity to see so confidant man otherwise to sccumb to his innermost fears over trivial issues.

here Khushi is just accusing him of treating her as child and Arnav's thoughts flow to different tangents!!! the entire convo of the bedroom scene thoroughly touched me...

Gosh the *AHEM* ... *AHEM*.. as in Kiss and Arnav's passion was so toe-curling! loved it and moreover loved and felt pity at the same time at Arnav's desperation to make his Wife realise that he likes her a lot!!! i don't know but the desperation Arnav feels to make khushi realise it is from fear of losing her because of his treacherous past and his mother's betrayal even when he knows that she is in a drunk state of mind...

his nightmare was so heartrending... to think of his only sunshine in his dark life in a pool of blood and looking lifeless... and his next action was also that of a scared soul... the way he cuddles Khushi in her sleep, i just wish she remember it in tit bit of pieces at least so as to let him escape some trauma at least!!!

this entire update i read 4 times, it was so good!!!

PS--- what will be Khushi's reaction. will they be back to be as they were. will Arnav be a little more vocal hearing Khushi's opinion? will Khushi remember anything at all... just flashes but at least something she remembers about their 1st kiss?

wow..truly a wonderful and refreshing chapter..loved it yaar.... it was truly worth waiting but plzz post nxt chapter as soon as possible 😳 really loved the way how arnav has started to take care of her like a true hubby by taking care of her expenses and him allowing her to go shopping and allowing her to try the alcohol for the 1st time...plzz let khushi not be a drunkard in future chapters out of her curiosity to try everything again as khushi khushi jaisi hi chirpy hoke acchi lagti hai but m glad she drank in dis chapter coz it lead to a very heavenly ,steamy and breathtaking kiss from arnav ❤️ chalo kuch to accha hua coz it lead to their 1st kiss..aww..🥳Plzz make khushi remember their kiss in the morning.hope both the husband and wife open up to each other more in dubai coz dis is the way where dey'll get more privacy to know each other more .i really really liked the cheerful and opened up arnav in dubai..the drunk khushi was really very cute ..aww!!she is a doll!! ❤️ really admired when arnav possessively glared at the bartender 😆 wow!! loved arnav's dialogue when he said YOU ARE MINE.. ab plzz I LOVE YOU bhi jaldi bulvado yaar.. eagerly waiting for the next chapter and dreaming

hey... u really really were out to kill us this time naa...

oh n u said u wud give a long update... honestly... it was nt long... well i didnt feel so (guess even whn the story ends.. i wil feel its short 😉) .. n u didnt give us any beach too 😭.😭.😭.😭 ( i intend to drown the thread in my tears😉)

bt the gd thg is.. it was all khushi n arnav :) .. they hd their first kiss.. he told her he likes her a lot... n still i didnt feel happy... coz like him i m dreading too... actually like him.. i m sure too.. tht more likely.. she wud forget it all in the mrng...

hving no clue abt wht alcohol does to the system... i m hoping it wud let her remember it all.. just all of it :)

god for the first time.. ur cliff hanger.. is actually one.. anxiety inducing.. killing cliff hanger..

now to arnav n khushi...

like i said after last time... it really is very very imp.. in an arranged marriage.. to tk steps to physical display in time.. too late or too early... r both nt gd...

nw tht i think of it... i think i m sad coz khushi is... like i said.. she is one person who radiates everythg positive... even to me as a reader... n quite understandably... she feels she is not loved n needed the way she shud b.. as a wife..

if only i cud mk arnav see he is hurting her... i doubt she wud ever in her sane self tell him wht she thinks n feels abt all this..

for 2 reasons... 1, i think she wud b shy n ackward talking abt it.. n 2, sharing is always 2-ways.. considering he never shares his feelings.. sthg soo close n personal wud b difficult fr her to say.

bt then again... mayb whn thgs get too much.. she might just say it all out.. out of frustration/anger/helplessness.. mayb..

though i must say a drunk khushi is cute :) .. very very cute.. the whole arnavji is drunk n swaying.. n the puppy story :) she is the cutest person :) how is arnav supposed to resist her charm.. how does he actually..

n now arnav.. per our discussion bindu... he wanting her to remmeber it all the next day... n him wanting to nt wait to sort out his mind... doesnt go down well..

being the kind of person he is.. as anon had put.. he had been denying hving any feelings atall all his life... so now.. talking abt them is actually sthg very distant... coz before talking abt sthg.. u need to knw n accept the existence of the said thg.

does he accept he has feelings??? not really.. everytime some feeling knocks his heart... he starts disregarding it... mking sure to distract himself so tht he doesnt hv to accept it.

so to me.. whn he says he likes her a lot.. though i think he wants her to remember so tht he doesnt hv to tell it to her again... is gd a huge step... coz in tht 1 line.. he accepted to himself, the existence of a feeling of 'like' , to her.. n went ahead with his heart's wish to show it.. to feel it personally too.. by kissing her..

so tht entire sequence fr me.. is a huge huge step in his personality.

as of not bothering with sorting his thots before going ahead... like i said after last chapter.. in all practical sense... he is dedicated to this marriage.. values it.. holds up to its sanctity by ensuring tht he never hurts his wife, not to his knowledge, n never ever lets it fall apart..

y is it necessary to say tht he feel marriage is imp?? a lot of ppl say tht.. n yet end up divorced.. his parents understood the whole marriage thg.. bt they didnt mk it.. so if he cant value the word 'marriage' as everyone else does.. bt he values, understands n has all the intend to mk the vows work... then i dont really care if he doesnt relate to marriage in general...

i wud anyday hv a person value the basic principles, rather than understand everythg, n yet holdup to none..

it is not imp tht he can value the sindoor n mangalsootra n mehndi n chooda.. wht is imp is.. tht he can respect n value khushi... mk her feel loved n special in every possible way all her life.. which he intends to do...

i m nt saying tht him nt accepting marriage/love doesnt mean anythg atall..

obviously if he can do tht.. nthg like it.. it wud b too too good.. n khushi deserves it too...

my pt is.. y does he need to word it in the generally accepted way?? y cant he hv his own meaning to these thgs.. y cant he express in his own way...

my pt is.. y does he need to say 'i love u khushi' coz to me.. his.. 'i like u soo much tht it hurts' is far far more meaningful n precious.. coz it comes frm his heart.. shows tht wht he feels fr her is far more than words can ever say.

though i wud nt deny tht i too am waiting fr him to reach the pt whr he can accept to khushi, verbally tht he loves her :)

i dont knw if it mks me bad.. bt i kind of liked the fact tht his nightmare changed :) .. it feels as if he is getting free of the past, of his mother's deceit.. n being wrapped up in khushi n his need fr her :) which gives me a hope tht he wud soon realise his true feelings n wud say them out loud :)

oh n yes.. .. the credit card scene was too gd :) .. obviously his wife shud use his money :) .. if only he cud realize tht his wife has a lot of need of him in her life too ...

bt there again... his first thot was tht she might hv a prob with using his card :) :)

u knw wht arnav... its high time i change sides.. 1, i dont get paid.. 2, i dont like it whn khushi is hurt to the extent tht she has to shout n fight n cry n get drunk coz she is upset ..

PS: can we see khushi in tht blue dress someday?? pls.. n arnav's reaction to it too...

n i liked the carefree, no veils arnav .. talking freely to khushi .. i m hoping his changes wud b permanent.. ie.. wud stay once they r bak ..

lovely update!

I am sure Khushi cannot forget her first kiss completely. Even if she was not in her senses yet she was not unconscious. She might remember it as a dream though. She might think that all that happened in her dream and not in reality.

Well at least now she will be able to look at her husband like a woman would look at her man.

Little Laddoo is growing up 😉 and the one who is responsible is our very own hotwa

AND our hotwa is forgetting his terrible past and having nightmares abt Laddoo😕. Well I guess he will have a tough time getting rid of nightmares completely owing to his insecurities.

I just hope that Khushi is able to see his insecurities before he hurts himself and her. But I guess that he will hurt her badly before he gets rid of his insecurities completely. In fact hurting her will actually make him realize his mistakes.

So Laddooji is "Bali ka Bakra" but I am sure unlike Bakra she would be overly compensated when Arnav bitwa realizes his mistake.😆
