I am just amazed at the forum's dynamic. I believe there were only few Ranveer fans then, but now everything is changed due to the love affair. I personally love them on screen and would want them far away from these two girls.. Both brings the worst from the boys. They have so much more than being a lovesick puppy and the lover boy...

I have been Ranbir's fan ever since I saw him in Rocket Singh and then Rockstar and Barfi sort of reaffirmed my faith in both his talent and his stardom. Off-screen too, I like him...when he talks about his work or anything that is not related to the women in his life, including his mother. Period. The moment focus shifts on his personal life, he becomes like a pariah! Then I don't even want to look at this man any longer.😆

Ranveer, I started liking after watching him in Lootera...and then Ram-Leela and very recently BBB. Bowled over by his spectacular screen-presence and his undeniable talent. He reminds me a lot of how SRK used to be...and that can only be a good thing, because look where SRK is now!

Off-screen, I have been following him for the last 2 months now and I love whatever I have seen and heard of him till now. He is quirky, witty, intelligent and charmingly self-depreciating.

Its still too early to compare these two actors, because Ranbir has been around for more than 6 years now and Ranveer for half the time. But there is no doubt that if there is any serious competition for Ranbir, then it is from Ranveer Singh, as of now. He is the only one who can pose any sort of challenge in the form of both acting and stardom to Ranbir.

Overall, I love both of them as actors but Ranveer has my vote for off-screen personality!

PS: Though I do love Ranveer-Deepika together, I can assure you that my liking for Ranveer has NOTHING to do with whom he is dating...cause I only got to hear about them after watching Lootera and coming on the forum.

me me me. I do not care who Ranveer or Ranbir screw, I love watching them on screen. I also prefer to watch their solo interviews, there's more depth and personality to them. I'd call them out too if I am not particularly excited with what they're doing off screen and on screen.

poppy: I was just a silent reader for now..Bollywood doesn't interest me anymore. Lootera and the D-Day was the last film I enjoyed watching..

both ranbir and ranveer are great actors. But their fan following is based on who they are dating . Especially ranveer has gained more media attention and followers because of deepika .

@bold: I agree.

Ranveer didn't even have this much support when Lootera released...which was just a few months ago. This Ranveer crazyness started rising all post Ram Leela. 😆

From what I noticed..those who genuinely like Ranbir and Ranveer could care less about the girls they're dating.

^Sanam Baloch always reminded me of Anushka Sharma. Both of them are pretty girls.

Anyhow, Ranveer and Ranbir only annoy me when they speak of the females in their respective lives. 😆 other than that, I find them to be one of the best actors, and I absolutely love Ranveer's zany personality.

with Ranbir, I've always been iffy when he starts talking about the females in his life. 😆 However, I've been feeling the same as of late with Ranveer too. 😆 It's all about promotions and I think Ranveer is getting the hang of that too. 😆..but, Ranveer definitely has an amazing personality offscreen. Everything else (besides the females in his life etc) he talks about is always so genuine and just very real.

What I really like about Ranbir and Ranveer is that they really come across as ambitious, and in a positive way. They're perhaps the only two actors that wouldn't know what to do with themselves if they weren't acting.😆..they know what they want and that's exactly why they're being talked about today. They're outlook on cinema is pretty similar too.

oh yeah, I've heard many people say that Sanam Baloch and Anushka resemble each other.

Not entirely true...Ranveer came into focus because of Lootera...I don't think anyone expected him to do such a role and more astonishingly pull it off so well! And Ram-Leela came just in the wake of Lootera's critical acclaim...and the Deepika connection was also there...so everything got tied up.

But yeah, a lot of people have started ardently loving Ranveer because they have been long time fans of Deepika, that is pretty much given. And then there is a group who hates Ranbir...so automatically, whoever poses a threat to him becomes a favorite too.

We will see when Gunday releases...if it is not a commerical and critical success (or atleast one) Ranveer's FF will show a change once again, whether or not he is with Deepika or anyone else.
