Ok Imma admitting it...I watched a few recent episodes of this:

Actress who plays paakhi...overacts. I really like her sarees!
Chikni's ex woh😆 has a gorgeous voice😳. and eyes. But I still maintain, from certain angles and esp when he smiles...his eyes are too close togather. He does the "panicked, I don't know whats happening look" really well!!😆 I had watched a couple of the first few episode but gave up. at the time, anshuman looked like a sad copy of raj kapoor...why did they think a jacket that is too small for him is going to appeal to anyone???!

Man! The amount of botox in the face of that woman who plays his sister😕 I'm surprised there isn't a shortage of botox in india and that she can even MOVE her lips!!

Its light, easy to watch with a decent pace (unlike EBI, which makes a snail look like speedy gonzales). anshuman is manipulative...setting up his wife deliberately for failure but so far she is socking it to him, without realizing she is!

The show is poles apart from teh chirkut one and I think I might watch more!

People said he did that to keep her away as he knew he was going back to jail and wanted to spare her. I watch that show on and off.

Tumahri Paakhi I do not feel is abusive. Yes Anshuman is trying to get his wife Paakhi to leave him on her own volition so as to not have his image damaged.

He thinks a wife from a small village cannot fit in with his life style.

But Paakhi seems to be a smart and educated girl and has handled him with sweet and gentle care.

Anshuman is trying to not get drawn in by her charm and that is where this show is different, there are other characters that help the story along.

Anshuman is never rude or abusive to Paakhi.

I have no idea why - but I spent the last 10 minutes looking at pics of Aditya Roy Kapoor (don't ask - I'm not even a fan). And I realised that the man is incredibly photogenic - never seen one bad pic of him - not one.
