The pill route is terrible so many side effects and messes with your hormones I don't like how that is the only solution but being a doctor they do tend to dole out tablets like sweets.

True...atleast in US gynecologists give you better options, explain them in detail and tell which is more appropriate. Why should they show only women taking care of it. 😲 But again they should have melodrama to show how Ganga became pregnant and gets saved at the last stage.

Relax !! they put the burden on ganga by giving her the pills because they want to show that she stops taking the pills secretly...and then gets pregnant.

That is why I said that they do not want to show the solution. Gahna story is being repeated here with just a little twist - Gahana did not want to carry the child because of risk to her life and ganga will be willing to have a child even though there is risk to her life. Perhaps there is something in badi haveli - except for Sumitra- all their beendnis (Jamuna, Gahana and now Ganga) have risk to their life in child birth (even Sugna got pregnant in young age- but never got such "risk" ). Creatives are recycling their own and some other serials' tracks with a few changes here and there.

And at the end nothing will happen to her. She will deliver a baby just like Gehna delivered Bhairavi despite all the toture she faced. And Ganga, will earn the tag of the most adorable haveli beendhni who decided to sacrifice her life to give the haveli gang a heir. All ends well.

actually the technology is so advanced Ganga can proceed. to save her life there are effective measures as well. If she does that without anyones knowledge that will be fine. future problems will be solved as well
