Okay, So after watching yesterday's episode, I wanted to share my views on something I noticed.

Shlok has tried to kiss Astha on many occasions and yesterday he went for it, but WHY DO CVS make a mountain out of a mole hill?! instead of the actors having lip lock, the scene shifted to Ashlok's handing holding! WHAT THE 😆😳😕

Okay I understand the actors ( BOTH SHRENU & AVI) may not want to kiss onscreen but these CVS keep giving people stupid Romance that actually doesn't exist people hug,kiss,touch..Its a normal part of life so WHY HAVEN'T Indian Serials clocked on? Its nothing Vulgar, Bollywood Have started showing these scenes so why can't a few shows on TV if the actors aren't objecting?!

There has been ONE daily soap that I saw a scene where there was a kissing scene and thats it.

come peeps lets get with the century ! 😆

Urshieee 🤗 ...I srsly dnt ndrstnd Indian TV...graphic movies r played 24/7...but wen it cmz to serials 🤢 ...One thing I dislike us they pile on the intensity prior to marriage. ..bt after wards they strt piling us with utter nonsense! !!
Its SP...They dnt care sbout the century 😆 ...Jst torturing viewrers

I know Sofna, Nothing is going to change I just found Astha running away from Shlok's every two seconds so 80s 😆😆😆 what's bothering me is the intensity with no real effect LOL like i Don't mind if CVS don't air such intense scenes but they ARE making us want more ! 😡😡

shrenu n avinash have amazing chemistry

they do all their scenes with so much comfort, professionalism and it looks natural

i would only be ok seeing it if the actors are comfortable

and please not like the kiss on the other show in which a middle age couple got intimate (which shall not be named cos i don't want to get ur topic closed down)

it looked too awkward

Hiya I agree because they have great chemistry I Thought it may work..Each to their own.

Actually I was refering to a younger couple but I also don't want to name it😆😳

I heard that they showed not only kissing but a lot of rolling and thrashing about on the bed for Bud-day Ucchay Lug-tay Hay(n) (SonyTV) for nearly an entire episode😃...and I think they showed a lip-only (no open mouth/french) kiss on a show on ZeeTV.

Star Plus bills itself as a more family-oriented and conservative channel...so it will lag behind the others on this matter.

Note: It exceeds the other channels in vulgarity and tortures and abuse scenes, but I suppose they think that is 'traditional', so it passes muster.🤢

But changes like these take time...it has only been a few years since kissing has become more popular in almost every movie...such changes take at least 2-3 generations to actually become part of the norm and 'traditional'.

as a phirangi used to see kisses and more every day on TV and movies I completely agree with you.

once somebody will have to be the first...once things will have to change in indian tv shows too...just not sure that day is soon to come😕

it is important that the same actors realize it is just acting and nothing else, but it is also necessary viewers to open their mind...it is 21st century after all.

I live in Spain, one of the most opened countries in the world i would say...and here acting is just that acting...

i remember a fuss that was created around Avika playing married woman... in Spain actors of her age act even other things and no big deal

an example:

and 2 of them was part of one of the most popular spanish tv shows ever. 5 years and 8 seasons...they literally grew up with this show.

80s Urshie??? I would say 50s-60s!!

SP has aired a lip-lock scene in their show .The show aired at 11pm slot.

Instead of showing fake lip-lock .Which look so bad.They can show cheek kiss scenes.

used to run around trees and all in 50-60-70-80 and even 90s 🤣

Oh I loved your thoughts above yes, i live in UK and well people act at any age and have intimate scenes things need to change. Spain has some interesting dramas ! 😳
