if somebody purposely or even laughingly pushed somebody it will be called hinsa only when somebody complaint if no compliant abt the matter then no action will be taken .as far tanisha goes she had got one warning for hinsa.but as well as kaushal goes when he jump over the wall he was already given the warning any more indiscipline and u will be evicted.thats way h e was evicted because agian he comited mistake.
