Mahadev's original Parvati refuses female lead in Buddha twice!

Sonarika Bhadoria, who earlier played Parvati in Devon Ke Dev Mahadev and was recently replaced,
was approached to play the lead role of Yashodhara in the TV show Buddha, but she refused.

She says, "I was approached twice by them to play the lead role, but unfortunately, I had to turn it down. I do not want to get slotted in similar roles. After playing Parvati I am offered similar roles
but I am focusing on a career in films. If that ambition does not work out, I will think of doing
television."
