Ok re-reading reminds me of making my rabba-vey moments list.

and I know this one isn't really exactly that..

but it sums up pretty much WHY I love this story so much,

it is the eccentricities of these characters that make them

so so so REAL.

"All he knew was that when he'd seen her from across the hall, sitting inconspicuously (well as inconspicuously as she could, in her bright orange sleeveless kurti) on the edge of a table and swinging her legs, observing the crowd with a knowing eye--almost as though having a private conversation with herself, he'd felt an inexplicable urge to go and make her talk to him."
