I wasn't even interviewed even by my boss to see what all i know now. She just saw my resume. The ceo was supposed to look into all the profiles for this position. But he told my boss, i know her, just hire her. And they want me to join asap

Off rolls till 6 months then probation period of 6 months

I won't get to to learn pay roll here either as it is out sourced

I used to work on statutory compliances and gratuity and enjoyed it loads. That is out sourced too. My profile gets halved that way

No casual or sick leaves

Also without standing in any queue it took me exactly one hour 30 mins to reach office and about 80 rupees auto travel both ways. If i start taking a bus it will take me longer

Saiyu if you think the pros are worth it ...forget the cons ...You can deal with it :)

They already know how i perform. I would be on contract because they had not budgeted for this position and suddenly the demand came up and now can't fit in the budget to corporate

My job profile stays the same whether i am on or off rolls as my work will be shared with this other girl who is on roll. Confirmation will bring increased salary, not increased responsibilities.

And what is out sourced is out sourced. Just because i want to do it and am then a confirmed employee, it won't be started in our office miraculously. It will continue to be out sourced.

K if you notice the one point i forgot to mention (the travelling wala) and then had to edit the post is the one point i was whining about the most. Taking twiggys advice before the interview i thought to look at the complete picture before making the decision. Distance can be managed if the profile could be better

My mom says the company is very good, the work culture and my boss all are great. None of the things which were satisfying in my previous company. So i should give this a shot

But La it is too far. Further in fact then the last company. More than three hours of commute by train every day
