I loved the episode...it was awesome...mainavati stumped me...she was right...every word made sense...how can you expect a happy marriage when you have done nothing to make one...??

The three jodha's part was brilliant...one tells her that she has failed as a daughter and princess...the other touches the raw nerve..its not shehensha..but, it's you who is responsible for your current state...finally, she admitted...shehensha has walked ten steps while she refused to move at all...it was followed by the ultimate realisation of being a 'failure'...a woman who failed as a daughter, princess, wife and queen...she is a wreck...when was the last time she reminded moti of her status...

A person who attempts suicide is not necessarily a weak person...suicide is often a result of a moment of weakness...that precious moment when the wrecked individual needs to be told that you gonna sail through...you are wanted and needed...no, I am not justifying suicide...just saying...emotions and failures can drive one to extremes...

Precap- shehensha ki tarah rokte toh shayad ruk bhi jati...shauhar ki tarah hukum de rahe ho toh rukne se rahi...😆

lashy plz tell me one thing...Why do you think Jalal went to Ruku for Jodha's missing and was Jalal more concerned for Jodha or Mughal sultant ki aan , baan and shaan?

Ok here we go...firstly Ela, he went to her - like how you or I- in our college days would have gone to our best friend if something wrong was going on in our lives...

when its matters of the court he goes to his courtiers and when its matters of the harem he goes to his advisor cum confidante Ruqs...

I know it seems like that makes him weak...but trust me...for every successful emperor there were at least a few driving forces behind them...Chandragupta Maurya had chanakya (not saying that Ruqs or his ministers are chanakya)...

without media/technology and all their knowledge being handed over or hearsay how could a king function without his advisors? Even good/successful kings are known to have had very dark stages in their lives - when the responsibility of such important decisions lay upon them the fear of making a wrong one would/could have eaten them up from inside! That's why in our Hindu scriptures many-a-powerful-king is known to have sought the help of saints/sages to solve the issues them or their ministers couldn't understand!

As for concern for Jodha - I'm not going to lie! At this stage, it was purely his regard for the Sultanat thats driving him to find her...

Let's put it this way Ela - at this point if Jalal dies, Jodha's not going to be distraught, if Jodha dies Jalal's not going to shed a tear! That's where they both stand in the serial!

All in all, looks like a very Bollywood-ish episode, well worth the entertainment it provides us 😆😆😆

Anycase while I wait to catch it as it airs on TV in the evening, I cant help but feel that the last part of Mainavati's speech could've been private to Jodha.

Rejection is not a easy feeling to digest, especially when it comes from all sides.

she affects him like none ever but it is not love yet..it is something that cannot be defined by jalal or us..he is confused and frustrated given her hatred stand for him...he affects her strongly hence her arrogant shield of hatred as her defence against him ,her husband

just like today in the weakest of the moment jodha faced her innermost truth ..jalal too will...it lies somewhere within him,not surfacing ...but will one day

at present their ego ,arrogance is what rides them both and the supposed hatred for each other ...and they want to believe that as well ...

i hated jalal today...his conversation with ruku made absolutely no sense...fine u r the king but jodha is also a human being...now i am sure it is a long way for u to turn into akbar...u r still jalal nothing more.

At his stance it made a lot of sense...what else would they show him do yaar?😛

While Ruqs was laughing - he at least seemed a tad bit worried...yes primarily for the sultanat - but at least he was worried! Its a matter of the harem, he will discuss it with someone..then if not Ruqs who else...

As an emperor, he's not going to go running out into the wild on his horse like a mad lover...it makes FAR more sense to deploy troops in all directions to search for her..while he's able to await news and take decisions thereupon...

And all he knows is that she's missing...worst case scenario he must have thought she's off to the temple or somewhere else..after all, Jodha has also behaved so impulsively lately...how is he supposed to know why she's missing or what she's supposed to do..

If someone knew a family member was missing - our impulse might make us want to run in the streets looking for them..but, a wise person would know better and use his contacts/media/friends to help locate the person...

Actually, Jalal did look worried to me.. he took time to process that jodha might end her life.. only after some time did he reply.. he wasn't even looking at ruku.. and when jalal started saying.. sultanate and all.. ruku was observing him..
