but it is said that after divorce from anandi jagya gauri relationship is term as live in relation ship

jagya had living relationship with gauri i saw a case in life ok chanel.where a man had living relaionship with one lady for his selfish motive and than broke all the relationships.court was in favor of that lady as indian court has strict laws in case of woman living relationship.coz woman are used like a paper by man n than thrown out.ofcourse after pregnancy

jan child mrgs r illegal but if even 2yrs after attaining adulthood 18yrs 4 gal & 21yrs 4 boy u don't divorce or break it child mrgs bcum legal. this law is passed 2 protect the child brides who were/r rejected by their grown up grooms even after many yrs. of attaining adulthood.

jagya dont know that gauri is pregnant and gauri do not bother to tell him that she is pregnant

I think only putting sindoor is not considered marriage. But it conveys that this is the person who one intends to marry (from whatever sense I make of it).

Ceremony is important.

Regarding legality, Jagya is not married to anyone else and is single. So his marriage now would be legal.

If we talk about Gauri or the certificate she had of their marriage then it would not matter much as it would bring both of them in trouble if she used that against Jagya. Jagya was still married to Anandi. Their child marriage had become legal after they turned 18. Jagya married Gauri without divorcing Anandi. So their marriage will always be considered illegal. Because Jagya's divorce papers are of a later date.

If we take Gauri as someone who was in a live in relationship with Jagya, then I don't think she has much rights. Some high courts have given right to live in partners to complain against domestic violence and mental cruelty. Recently one high court has given right to kids born out of live in relationships to stake a claim in their parents' property.

I am not sure if Jagya can land in trouble due to the past relation with Gauri.

That said, I think Jagya should check with a lawyer this time just for precautionary measures - to know about legality of his marriage to Ganga and relevance or irrelevance of his past relations, so that he can be secure this time and not land up in trouble anytime in future.
