I missed a few updates back there

Part 6

Shlok reaches office.. But he is still bit disturbed.

Astha enters the cabin with some files. She wishes him good morning with a smile

Shlok tells her " Astha go and sit in ur work place. No need to come to my cabin. If I need ur help I will ask you"

Astha is confused " but sir there is so much work left for the function. U had told me that we need to complete everything today"

Shlok gets irritated " do as I say. Just leave from here. And I more bothered about the work completion than u. Its my company u forgot I guess"

"but sir" astha tried to talk

"just leave" shlok gave a stern look

Astha in confused state just left.

Astha went to her work table and started thinking " what happened to him? Y is he behaving so strange"

Its evening and Shlok did not speak or give any work to astha.

Astha received an important courier " Now I have to hand this over to shlok sir. Shall I call him orjust go to his cabin?"

" I think its better I call the cabin"she thought and called the cabin number. The phone was off hook by mistake in shloks cabin and his mobile was engaged.

Astha thought " its just a courier I think it will be fine to just keep it and come". Astha smiled and knocked the cabin.

Shlok was on the phone and he dint see her

Astha slowly entered and kept the courier on his table and about to leave when shlok finishes the call and sees her

"what are u doing here? Don't u understand when I tell u once not to come here"

" but sir actually..." Astha tried to explain

Shlok held her hand and dragged her out of the door.

Astha was still trying to say something.. but shlok wouldn't listen and banged the door.

Astha's hand gets jammed in the door. She screams loudly " aaahhh!!!"

Shlok suddenly realizes and turns back in a hurry and opens the door to see astha's hand bleeding and badly hurt.

Astha's eyes is tears and she gives an upset look to shlok and starts to walk away holding her painful hand.

Shlok " shit ..." he is upset too for what he did.

Astha walks with teary eyes into the store room to look for the first aid box. She finds one and suddenly one hand grabs the box.

She looks up to see shlok.

Shlok says " I will do this

Astha pulls back her hand in rejection..

Shlok just pulls her hand and starts bandaging it. It hurts astha suddenly and she tightly holds shloks arms in pain

He sees astha's face with closed eyes and frown and his arm she held and looks away.

He just finishes her bandage and gets up to go.

Shlok just gets up to go and he gets a call.. and suddenly he says " what! When did this happen? Ok I am coming there" he looks at astha and says " we need to go now"

Astha asks " what happened sir. Where do we go?"

Shlok swallows and says " the girl who was hospitalized has passed away suddenly. We need to get to the hospital urgently"

Astha is shocked.. she thinks " the other day principal told me that everything was fine. What happened suddenly?"

They both reach the hospital.. lots of chaos outside the hospital with press reporters all over the place..

Shlok just bumps all questions and enters the hospital and finds the girls parents and everyone crying.

The mother comes and holds shloks hand and starts crying. Shlok looks at astha.

Astha just takes the mothers hand and tries to console her and makes her sit

Shlok asks the doctor "what happened suddenly. U told me that she was fine and almost recovered. How did she die?"

Doctor says sir , she suddenly collapsed this afternoon and we were not able to revive her. She had a BP drop . am unable to explain it"

The police approaches shlok " Mr.Agnihotri , we will need to question you regarding this whole incident. We need to do a post mortem to know what exactly happened"

Shlok says can we do this tomo at my place?"

Inspector "that's fine sir"

Shlok turns back to find astha. He sees astha very sweetly consoling the mother of the girl who is crying in her arms. He keeps looking at her for her simplicity and caring nature.

Suddenly he is disturbed and calles out " astha. We need to go now"

Astha gets up and starts following him

As they are going out astha's bag gets entagled and she starts to correct it.

Suddenly she sees the same guy in the hospital whom she saw the day before with varad. The guy is talking to the doctor. Astha tries to hear their convo. But shlok calls her..

She is unable to hear them and she goes.

The press starts bothering Shlok with questions

" Mr. Agnihotriis it true that this girl was being physically assaulted in ur college premises"

"Mr. Agnihotri are u involved in all this happening?

"Mr. Agnihotri is this your real business? Women?"

Suddenly shlok gets angry and holds the collar of the journalist. Then he just leaves it and gets into the car with Astha and leaves.

next part i will try to update today itself.. till then enjoy and let me know if u liking the progress.
