Well well I am a bit confused 😕.
The loop holes have turned into one of those wells where in they turn poisonous if not in use.

The audience expected a lot from the liquor chocolate revelations and what they got was a damp squib. The revelation came out like a wet blanket enough to cause some of us to cough and sneeze.

The mother has been turned into a devil...Looks like she wants the couple dead. So instead of braeking pots maybe she should have taken the last one and broken it over their heads(once for all).

What is extremely difficult to understand is the reaction of the couple towards all humiliations metted out to them by the RAT family.

How could the son be so quite after having known that sweet maman virtually drugged his wife (for some laughs see some previous posts).

How can he bear the jitters and grunts if insatiable appetites and immoral characters which form up a part and parcel of his family.

Why is the sweet maman covering the faults of all and sundry apart from the one who stands esclaved to her.

What is the serial trying to project. Have we ever wondered why women are treated so bad in some parts of our country. Her younger sons could turn into virtual rapists and she would protect them instead of getting them punished...

Sad and sorry state of affairs.

I am struck by the maturity of serails, that I watch on my computer, notably the hum tv series...
It is our neighbouring country and women out there face the same problems.

But their approach to problem solving is more realistic and mature;

THREE WITCHES

Queen witch (no prizes for guessing this one)
Snoopy witch (you cannot miss this one)
Weepy witch (snifff)

A list of queries not in any chronolgical order but as random thoughts came in and went :
- Does anyone remember that the snoopy witch had pushed the poor little maid down the temple stairs and left her to die...that episode never ever came to light!

- How once again she prevented the main protagonist from attending a party which was being held in her honour (the whole IPS force was in a full force) and how she catered and fancied to the theatrical whimsical fancies of the middle witch.

-How the whole bizarre affair of money stealing was ineffectively dealt.

-Then came the baby swapping and till date the snoopy one is still snooping around. the revelation shall be a dark damp squib.

-Queen witch poisons (liquor chocolates) and is forgiven by hubby and sonny, who still kiss the earth she tramples upon.

-Queeny had apparently told sonny to go dip and die...Amen.

-Queeny lives in her own world where in she makes and breaks the rules (the never ending story of three pots that groned and croaked under it's own weight).

-Weepy witch showed some promise before she started shedding tears and thus augmenting the usage of rolls...erm erm rolls what happend to them. She cheated and never got caught.

-So cheating too is justified like a whole lot of criminal activities out here...

Did I miss out on certain things that help stubbing this illumination!

@romantisch

I am back from India. Had gone for one long month. 😊

Loved the witches analogy.

The show has become a drag since the last episode I watched and flew to India. It was Aug 9th from where it went down-hill. It has been really a damp squib now. Nothing of what they show now leads to Rome..as in IPS Afsargiri. Sigh!!!

Hope, I feel interested to watch and hope I get something interesting or really outrageous enough to even write about it.

I will continue to read your thread. Easy for me. I can see it in My Posts section. 😃

At first I stopped watching because it became so nonsensical. Now they've changed the time of the show in my zone, so it's not even that convenient to watch. But I have caught snippets and have heard about what's going on, and I've concluded it's still not worth watching. The characters simply do not have any dimensions to them. It just doesn't make sense that Sandhya could be so stupid and useless when she's shown such brilliance, courage and determination at other times. Even if she had not done any of these things in her parents' home, she was with the RP long enough to learn a thing or two, and sharp enough to learn it quickly. Yes, perhaps she's not as experienced, but to be so careless and clumsy? It's just nonsense.

Bhabo's character has become very one dimensional as well. As someone in this forum pointed out, quite accurately, she always looks constipated! We do not see any shades to her at all. I know people love Suraj, but even his character is illogical. I'm not saying anything new that other posts haven't said. But again I repeat that SP claims to be the voice of new thinking, of social concerns etc. All they are doing is insulting the women of India.

Hello 0-SD-0

Welcome back. So you remember the date Aug 09...

Am sure that after a month's absence you have not missed anything.

The tomfoolery continues unabated...and the sad part is that the audience is treated like some juvenile delinquents...hare brained entities with grey cells that might put a chick pea to shame;

There are so many bloopers and the main protagonists stand flawed...

Alas and hlas...

Your presence is a welcome whiff.

Cheers

Hello Miran and welcome back, your presence was missed. Though nothing amiss as far as the serial goes.

It is like a large overfed anaconda that meanders this way and that, loosing sight and all insight.

Troubling waters mirror the propoganda of a "new thought" and what savours (not the right term though) is a dish without flavours and something gone sour.

The basic problem being the way they have treated realtionships.

There is nothing healthy and sacred about the bound between a man and a woman...Let us start from the old couple...where in the sensitive but a coward old man (repeatedly we are told about how apologetic he is of not having being able to tend to his family) never has taken a stand against his better half...not even when she told her son to die...

The older woman the lesser said the better (umpteenth threads on that one)

The realtionship between the main protagonists is no better, marriage is not consummated (or so as we can presume) and the son is indecently obsessed with his maman giving the whole thing a Freudian character...a mis between Freud and Oedepus...

As far as the rest goes it is mockery of relation ships as the realtionships are about LOVE and RESPECT and these do not exist as far any other couple in the RAT family...
