Juhi, the moment I read the beginning my mind sprang to that promo... glad you gave us a tale to wipe out the images of an MCP and of the new characters and replace them with our favourites. Arnav losing control over his temper is nothing new... and generally the wrath of God falls on poor Khushi! What has driving competency got to do with research? As usual ASR shoots off his mouth without knowing the rights and wrongs of the situation. So sparks, of anger and of interest, fly at first sight: So why did the sight of her forlorn figure in the rear-view mirror make him feel like the lowest of the low? So he has a heart! That he realises he was unprofessional and takes steps to rectify his mistake is the first step toward being considered a gentleman. First an Audi, then a Ferrari " quite a rich car freak, isn't he? Khushi's nervousness in his presence, her eyes popping out at his concern and she forgetting to lock her car in her eagerness to get away from him are all endearing. She must be ruing the fact that she generally comes off as absent-minded or clumsy in his presence. Wariness clouded those hazel depths, and he berated himself for putting it there... ha, he doesn't like it one bit that she's wary of him! Arnav is gradually falling under Khushi's spell: A delicate blush covered her cheekbones, and he felt an answering warmth sweep through him. A wave of unwelcome desire chose that moment to flood through his body, and he willed himself to show no outward signs of this sudden, inexplicable attraction. Loved the calm and mature manner in which she deals with his apology, and then unknowingly bowls him over with her dazzling smile. At nights, in his penthouse apartment that overlooked Lake Michigan, he wondered about what exactly was going on here... for an older and seemingly more experienced man, Arnav sure seems clueless about love. Also looks like his sister is more easy-going about his love life! The parking seems to be becoming a ritual between the two. Arnav not liking Khushi distancing herself from him is cute... must be a novel experience. Seems that Khushi becomes garrulous when nervous: she listing her driving experience and Arnav's retort are amusing. His gentle teasing and offer of driving lessons making Khushi blush is a touching moment... but she is right about the need to be circumspect in their dealings with each other... the most innocent things can be misconstrued by others and tongues will start to wag. Khushi has a knack for surprising Arnav... life with her will never be dull! Meeting him for lessons outside the boundaries of A.R would give them some much needed privacy, and he couldn't wait to get started... I am sure he has other things apart from mere driving lessons on his mind! Juhi, you've made the driving lessons so romantic, sigh... and we are generally stuck with an angry father or an impatient driving instructor teaching us the nuances! Looks like Khushi is the one with the street-smarts as she figured a way to be with him informally, without rousing any suspicions whereas he had been wracking his brain unsuccessfully to come up with a plan! Their desire and passion escaping in those searing kisses, with neither caring who might observe them is an amazing culmination to their journey towards love... though must say that I didn't see this coming: Khushi has been pretending all this while not to be a proficient driver through snow and Arnav knows this... but as a game of love that brings them closer, it is adorable! Arnav Singh Raizada, her love, her life, her passion... But one thing had remained constant through all those seasons...all those years. The fact that he loved his quirky, brilliant, beautiful wife beyond all reason...very moving!
