what went wrong with ashutosh gowarikar? where is he now? he snubbed priyanka when aish didn win filmfare for jodha akbar. n after that he gave only one movie, khelengay hum jee jaan se. that too with abhishek n in 2010.

did priyanka use her connections to throw him out? or is there something more to the story?

Ill try look it up, I know he was married at the time.

She sued him for sexual harassment and he counter-sued for defamation of character.

There was some blind item that people are not very interested in working with him atm, and that his wife rations food to stars and crew on the sets of his films 😆

Beyond that havent heard about him in a while. prob checking his raashee.

they were already shooting (i think almost done) for whats ur rashee when this filmfare drama happened. so priyanka had no option but to continue with the shoot.

many celebrity wives do crazy things. this cant be the only reason of him disappearing, especially when he has delivered some really good movies.

Probably no production house wants to finance Ashutosh's project because of the way he & his wife dealt with the producer of Khele Hum JJS's after the fiasco.

Ashutosh came across as stupid during that awards fiasco.

Anyway, he had plans to make another period drama with Hrithik but Hrithik backed out citing date issues. I don't know whether he is still waiting for Hrithik to give the green signal
