Well let me introduce myself I was one of maaneetian il all who are insance lovers of maaneet. I was here because of Muskan di, aniee di and valli di due personal problems didn't came to if from past three years now started my own story also and started reading many so taken u ur as title attracted me soo much you after reading this I am unable to stop myself not to praise you

Wow it was really such a sensitive cute and sweet story but you wrote it outstanding and story flow was really superb. Actually I was not ok with intimacy and all thank god there is nothing of this sort in ur story and at start maaneet consummation was justified you didn't make me felt anything it was soo cool thanks for that Bru

When maan accepted I was like really even I pinched myself sach mai silly me after that maaneet every scene was really good geet coming to know about him after reading the diary nice idea re I must say. PART 19

*Maan's POV*

The journey from the hotel to the lake area was nothing i expected. It was so much fun. Geet already seem to know all so she was enjoying chatting and singing while i just sat beside her enjoying her gestures. She tried to pull me into conversation but after certain time i don't get involved in as i get busy admiring her.

This phase of my life is completely alien to me. I have never before had anyone who has cared for me or even like me for whom i am. So this is just overwhelming that i am trying to get used to it. I am happy is just a very small word to convey my feeling. I feel like a box being dumped with the happiness of million other people. Every time she smiles just tha thought that it is for me or it belongs to me chokes my heart with unreasonable emotions. Whatever happens i will not let her down.

"Why are you smiling?" Geet asked when i was lost in her antics.

"nothing" i said

"is there anything in my face?" she asked conscious

I nodded yes and she narrowed her eyebrows.

"The reason for my happiness " i said

"touche" she said poking my arm.

It was about 30 minutes since we started our ride and so i gave Geet an apple that i saved in the bag. She made a wired face for she hates it.

"You have to eat" i said

"But its not cool" she complained

She can be a kid at times. I wonder what our baby will be like when it grows. Geet herself don't eat fruits what will she do to our kid. I guess i will be the one running behind both with fruit basket.

"Geet do you remember what doc said?" i asked

"Yes dad" she said rolling her eyes.

She took the apple from me and took it to her mouth when she abruptly stopped to look at me.

"No you have to eat it" i said sure that she will come up with any excuse.

"well Maan know what if you want the baby to be healthy then how much ever the mom eats equal amount should be consumed by the father" she said making a serious face.

That couldn't be true, could it? I looked at her suspiciously.

"True, touch wood" she said

"But Geet..."

"Come on let me cut the apple for into two" she said as she took the pocket knife before i could argue.

Geet handed me a piece of apple and smile innocently. I know she is lying but i like the victorious look on her face when she realizes that she fooled me. So i took it without hesitation. More over i like the thought of sharing something with her.

With less conversation and more staring we reached the lake side which is our picnic spot. As we got down the bus Geet enthusiastically looked around.

"Isn't wonderful?" she asked

"yeah" i said

As we all are strong and well built we decided to put our own tents.

"Are you sure you don't need help?" Geet asked me leaning on a tree near which i was spreading the tent.

"and what help will you do madam? " i asked

"Anything" she said shrugging

"yeah? So lifting the whole heavy material and put it on the poll or nail the ground?" i asked

"are you by any chance teasing me Mr.Khuranna?" she asked

"am i?" i asked making an innocent face.

The weather was a bit cold but not shivering type at least yet so i removed my shirt and gave it to Geet as it was being difficult work with full arm shirt.

"show off" she mumbled when i flexed my muscles setting the tent.

The light humor escaped the atmosphere as i caught my captain's elder daughter staring at me. This is not new as i know she always crushed on me. I avoided plainly for three reasons-1) she is my captain's daughter,2) she is 10 years younger to me, 3) i am just not interested.

But if it was an year before i would have at least enjoyed the forbidden attention but now with Geet here i feel disgusted with anyone looking at me this way.

I turned to look at Geet who was looking between me and the girl. I am sure she will get angry or even worse hate me. I looked at Geet with apologetic eyes.

"Why don't you take a pic it will last long" Geet said scaring the girl.

The girl tensed hearing Geet say that and left immediately not wanting to get herself into trouble with her father.

"Why are you smiling?" Geet asked when i was looking at her with most adorable expression.

"good one" i said

"were you enjoying the attention?" she asked narrowing her eyes

"Never" i said

"good. Now get the tent fixed i am tired" she ordered.

All her tiredness flew off the window when Geet heard that all are taking a walk into the forest before it gets dark.

"It isn't safe" i said

"so it for everyone" she said

"But Geet you told me you are tired, you can't walk so long and anyways it is already 4 in the evening. It will get dark too soon." I said

"I don't care i want to go." She said

"Fine but only some distance and when you are tired we return " i said and she accepted.

All began to walk, we were the last ones in the row and i preferred that. Our hands were entwined as we walked as it was our private garden.

" have you been here before?" she asked

"Nope"

"Then what if we get lost?" she asked

"do you see this watch" i asked pointing at my customized watch

"Its cool" she said

"i know. Well it has actually got tracking device and other technical stuffs that keep all our officers linked." I said

"Like phone?" she asked

"More like SMS but in codes that only we understand" i said

"wow. Now i understand you are actually a james bond material . impressive " she said

"thanks" i said smiling.

We began to walk holding hands making occasional comments about everything we saw. After about 30 minutes i saw Geet's tone toning down and she looked least interested about everything.

"are you tired?" i asked holding her elbow stopping her from walking.

"i am just..."

"we will go back" i said not giving her any chance to lie about her fatigue.

" sure" she smiled looking at my concerned face.

I informed the rest that we are going back and began to walk back to our tent. The return walk seemed much easy than before. As we reached the tent i handled her juice i have packed early and she accepted without arguements.

"what time is it?" she asked

"around 7 maybe" i said

" i am hungry"

Till next one hour we weren't disturbed by any until others began to return from the trekking. Sasha came to our tent to inform us about the campfire that was about to commence shortly.

"are you sure you wanna go? You look tired" i said

"we ll just go for few minutes i want to" she said and i couldn't have disagreed for anything.

I made Geet sit comfortably on a mat where other women were sitting.

"Now at least leave her alone Mr.overprotective" Neha teased least i cared.

I was about to reply when Geet squeezed my hand and mouthed me to go. I went and joined my friends later but my eyes not leaving Geet. Her friends were commenting something to her about me i guess as they all were looking at me and blush on Geet's face made it more obvious. I couldn't help but feel proud.

They were all just joking around and enjoying singing songs and dancing. It felt good to be relaxed and not think about your life. After few minutes Geet started to yawn and i was right on my knees to take her to our tent.

Without complains she accompanied to tent and i made arrangements for her to sleep.

"The sleeping bag isn't anything very comfortable" i said apologetically.

"Maan its fine " she said looking around for her night gown.

I excused myself and went out to give her some privacy. I walked in only after some 15 minutes when she was already in the bed. Evetually i realized i have no place to sleep.

What will i do now? However the sleeping bag is a couple one i m not gonna ask her to share it with me. I should be comfortable with the land left but its cold here and i only have one jacket. I was immersed in my thoughts when i heard Geet speak.

"why aren't you getting to bed?" she asked

"huh?"

She raised herself up and stared at me sitting cross legged.

"what?" she asked

" er... umm... i ... Geet "

"maan am sleepy stop staring and get down on bed" she said

I kept staring at her as if she just said me that i became the president of our country.

"kneel down" she said

I stared at her blankly before i obeyed.

" now we are going to share this bed with the baby, am i clear"

I nodded. She smiled and patted the place beside her. Hesitantly i lay beside her. I tried to maintain distance giving her own space. She chuckled looking at me and took my hands in his. We both looked at each other staring at our eyes.

"Maan"

"umm"

"good night"

" sweet dreams"

I sweated profusely as the huge blow hit my head. This can't happen to me. I need to run but i am stuck somewhere. I couldn't recognize the place. Where will i run? I could see Geet. She smiled at me cutely patting at her bump. The scene calmed my heart. Smiling i went near her but... but suddenly she started running away from me. I ran back but only to be led into a dark dredge where everything looked a mess. "Geet"

"Maan ..." i heard her call

"Geet"

"Maan ... "

"Geet please don't leave me"

"Maan ...wake up ...maan "

My whole body shook and i woke up abruptly staring at two concerned eyes that were almost teary.

"Geet " i looked at her.

We were in the tent, she was wearing the same dress. So she wasn't leaving me.

"Geet you aren't leaving me?" i asked cupping her face.

"did you have nightmare?...again?" i heard her ask frosting me.

Sorry for being late ... i should have updated yesterday but can you believe i had college... sometimes i wonder if i am still in school or college ...anyways i guess the actual story is gonna start now ... i have been reading stories nowadays where the hero is very weak emotionally so that gives the inspiration to story ...

wow lovely emotional update.. my maan ki pov was lovely..te way my maan felt hapy and a complete maan with his geet and felt like he got all te happiness with his geet and te way geet too responding him and making him to feel hapy was so lovely emotional.. te way my maan ki over protecting was so lovely..te way my maan ki nightmare and te way geet sensing his fear was so lovely emotional..i love te update
