The way they showed in the precap, it did look like he was only bringing the knife closer to his neck and challenging her to do it if she can. And Madhu instantly started to snatch the knife away from his hands because she didn't actually want to hurt him. And during all that snatching, the knife slips and cuts Sultan's cheeks. Madhu can be seen more worried than scared. And Sultan looks a bit angry. But the scene ends there. I don't think Sultan will yell at her for doing that or get mad at her. He is going to react in the exact opposite way because we all know he can never be genuinely pissed of with Madhu. But let's see what happens.
I won't take those spoilers too seriously for now. Because whenever these spoilers come in bulk, half of what is written never happens. For example the last time when spoilers for an entire week came out, they had said RK won't be there in most of the episodes, but he was there in all the episodes, be it for 2-3 minutes only. And there was another thing there which I don't remember right now, but that didn't happen either. And maybe the Sultan hurting Madhu part happens in a different context altogether and not physical.
I however wouldn't condone Sultan slapping Madhu. Because firstly, that's not the kind of a person he is. And secondly, it cannot be justified either way. I remember how in Qubool Hai, Asad slapped Zoya and I was utterly shocked at that scene. Even though they showed him repenting it later on, but it was of no use since the damage was already done. But let's just hope Sultan's character doesn't get butchered more than it already is.
