Anjali has arrived form the "Kuldevi Puja" and she directly came to Arnav and Khushi to see them. Arnav was working in his room and Khushi has directed Anjali to his room while she joked with Shyam. Arnav sees his sister and greets her. She sees Arnav smiling and asks him the reason but Arnav ignores it by saying it is nothing. She also shares that she also saw different glow in Khushi's face but still Arnav ignores it. Anjali tells him that she can recognize people in love as she is also one of them. Arnav smiles at her.

"chotey" caressing his forehead "tell her, don't take long time to accept your feelings"

"Di how can I say her when even I am not sure of it"

"What is it you are not sure of?"

"I don't know Di, I am scared"

"no chotey don't be scare to love, whatever happened in our past was bad dreams, forget it and embrace the new happiness i.e Khushi"

Both the siblings watch Khushi laughing hardly at some jokes Shyam has cracked. Arnav think about his Di's words every time. Every day he watched Khushi, while working too he used to take time to watch Khushi working from his cubicle. One day he decided something and went to the studio where Khushi was working to talk to her, he sees NK, Sandy and Khushi in some kind of discussion, he was in a distance where he could hear them, when he hears Khushi telling Sandy that she is relationship with NK, a "what the f***" escapes his mouth and all three are startled by the sound, Sandy looks at Arnav his eyes tears up and runs from there covering his mouth to control his sobs, Arnav gives an amused expression to Khushi but Khushi runs after Sandy, NK and Arnav is there but before NK could utter any words Arnav leaves that place. In girls toilet Khushi is handing tissue paper one after another to Sandy to wipe his tears, after lot of consoling Sandy is convinced, Khushi steps out of the wash room and sees Arnav waiting in the end of the corridor, Khushi rushes towards him

"Arnav"

Arnav immediately holds Khushi by her arms and looks in her eyes

"Why? Why did not you say that you and NK,"

Khushi watches her both arms and winces uncomfortably

"Arnav, who sab meinein..."

Arnav pushes her and turns his back.

"Arnav, Sandy was bothering NK, I was just..." She comes near him and places her hand on his shoulder but he shrugs it.

"And you felt jealous, what did you think, tum hey jara sa bhi nahin laga that you should have told me about yours and NK's relationship"

"Arnav its nothing like that..."

Arnav does not let Khushi complete and leaves from there. NK comes there and thanks Khushi for helping him. Khushi tells him that as she was the one to give his phone number to Sandy so she helped him. NK sees some tears in Khushi eyes and asks her if she is okay, she says she is okay and asks NK to meet some other day.

Khushi reaches home but finds Arnav was still not there; she makes dinner and decides to wait for him, it was past midnight when Arnav arrived home, Khushi was still waiting. Arnav tries to ignore her.

"Arnav kya ho gaya, why are you behaving like this?"

"Khushi tumney mujhey batana jarori nahin samjhana, kabsey, since when you are in relationship with and in spite being in relationship you and I..."

"Arnav what are you saying, NK toh, I was just, Sandy pareshan kar rahatha use, I gave NK's number to him, I was at fault isiliye"

"Bas aur nahin sunna mujhey tum hari prem kahani" (stop I don't want to listen to your love story)

"you are misunderstanding."

"mein mis understand karrahahu.." he suddenly raises his voice.

"Arnav mein..." (Arnav I)She starts tearing up but Arnav leaves from there " bol nein toh do" sobs in middle (at least let me speak)

later days was also hard for both Arnav and Khushi, former ignoring later, Arnav used to leave for office early and used to come home late. He never bothered to look how Khushi was hurting due to this act. One day Arnav was having lunch with one of his client when he notices NK in a far table, NK was looking at his watch as if waiting for someone he was constantly looking at the door. Arnav was sad that he would have to watch NK and his Khushi dating but to his surprise a different girl walked up to NK's table. He was keenly watching them. NK was talking to that girl then NK slowly took out a ring box from his jacket pocket and produced a ring in front of the girl and proposed kneeling on his one foot. Shock was evident in both Arnav and girls face. The action was similar in both sides. The girl stood from her chair and she knelt down to NK, Arnav too came from his table to theirs table and before the girl could lift NK from his spot Arnav grabbed NK's collar and made NK face him.

"What the..How dare you? How could you cheat on Khushi?"

"What?" NK was shocked would be an understatement 1^st to see Arnav then 2^nd to hear his accusation.

"NK who is he? And what about Khushi?"

"Natasha its nothing" Nk tried to pacify Natasha who was now fuming and to Arnav " Arnav you are misunderstanding I don't have anything to do with Khushi"

"how could you say you don't have anything to do with Khushi?" Arnav retorted.

"I am leaving NK." Natasha tries to leave not able to with stand all of this.

"Natasha please wait I can explain" Nk tries to stop her.

"yeah explain NK I was always open to your and Khushi's relationship but now I have to hear all this, you have hurt me" Natasha storms out of their.

Nk comes near to Arnav, "What the hell is wrong with you Arnav, What have I done to you that you come barging like this to ruin my life?"

"What the.. NK, you are ruining Khushi's life and with that this girls life too?"

"Are baba, there is nothing between me and Khushi, she lied, Sandy was frequently calling in spite of me telling I am straight, since Khushi gave my number to him, she lied that we are in a relationship"

"Do you mean that there is nothing between you and Khushi?"

"Yes, Arnav and jiskey sath something tha you chased her away, I am never forgiving you for this." NK too storms out of there.

Arnav is left alone, his memories flashes back to the time when Khushi announced her relationship with NK to Sandy, his outbrust, Khushi trying to explain him , he ignoring her, her tears, he stops there he rewinds his memory to the time when Khushi was in tears in front of him and he was the reason, sole cause of it, Arnav stands in his position for a long time till Aman comes to him breaks his trance, Aman is telling him about the client but he is deaf to every thing and leaving Aman in mid sentence Arnav leaves from there.

Arnav reaches home to see visually fuming Khushi and gradually the whole scene unfolds, he sees NK crying and tissue paper scattered around him but before Khushi can say something Arnav starts

"I can explain"

"yeah Arnav explain, what did you get by sabotaging Nk's relationship? what is it with you Arnav you clearly misunderstood me and you even did not care to listen to me and you go around ruining other people's happiness" showing literally distraught NK "and what was his fault in this, clearly Arnav you have problem with me then deal with me don't you dare do such thing with people I care"

"Khushi I want to say is"

"Enough I don't want to listen to your any kind of excuse and today I am not in a position to entertain you in my home so you can go"

"Khushi...are you kicking me out?"

"Please Arnav GO"

Arnav comes out of the flat and starts hitting his head in near by wall when he gets a call from Anjali

"ha di, ok di, I will reach there"

Anjali and Shyam are in a jewelry shop, Arnav reaches there visibly disturbed,

"Chotey kya hua why do you look so disturbed" Anjali cups Arnav's face.

"Di, its nothing just work pressure, common aapko aapki shopping karata hoon, loot lijiye mujhe is rakhshya bandhan" Arnav tries really hard to smile and look happy.

"Yes" Then Anjali busies herself in choosing jewelry. Mean while Arnav types an apology sms and sends it to Khushi.

Arnav: I am really very sorry. Please maaf kardo.

Khushi:

Arnav: 😔

Khushi: 😡

Arnav: 😭

Khushi: Stop it Arnav. I am in no mood.

Shyam who was intently observing Arnav comes to Arnav and pats on his shoulder, Arnav hurriedly puts his cell phone away.

"What happen Arnav, you ignored your sisters concern but I don't think your are upset because of work pressure, tell me, bhai lawyer hu, I can be of help" Shyam tries to ease him.

Arnav thinks for a while and tries to speak, "woh actually I have this friend..."

Shyam raises his one eyebrow in doubt.

"Ok its not my friend its me, I messed up a real big time..." He starts narrating all the incident. "Now, Khushi is not only willing to talk to me but also does not want to see my face, she kicked me out of the house, what should I do now?"

"hmm...its quite complicated Arnav..." Shyam thinks for a while, " What did you say the name of NK's girlfriend?"

"May be Natasha.."

"Ok, find her address which should not be difficult for you, and meet her, I will give you a precious advice if the way to man's heart is from stomach, then they way to keep your girl close is being closest to her best friend, since you a man of rule think at as a rule, to woo your girl first woo her best friend"

"what you both are so busy in that you both left me alone?" Anjali tries to interrupt.

"Nothing Ranisahiba, we were just talking about here and there" Shyam sounds apologetic.

"yeah Di, and did you select anything, show me" after distracting Anjali and buying whatever she likes Arnav calls Aman.

Few hours later Arnav is ringing someone's bell, Natasha opens the door in equally distraught appearance, water dipping from both eye and nose..

"You"

More few hours later Khushi is answering her door, it is Arnav.

"Arnav I said.."

"Its for NK"

NK stands up with red puff nose, "What is it?"

Natasha runs from back of Arnav and hugs NK

"Baby I am so sorry", Natasha cries on NK shoulder and NK tightly hugs Natasha.

"Khushi I am really sorry, I did not listen to you, I misunderstood, so I found Natasha and also apologized to her"

While Arnav was apologizing to Khushi Natasha tells NK how Arnav came to her and helped her clear her all doubts. She finishes by saying that they owe Arnav.

Khushi is about to say something but before that NK comes and hugs Arnav thanking him for giving him his life, he says he is indebted to him. Arnav looks at Khushi who smiles at him. NK and Natasha left the house after dinner when Khushi was cleaning the dishes and Arnav come to her help.

"I am sorry" Khushi starts the conversation.

"No, Khushi I am sorry, it was my fault I did not listen to you and some where I was the reason so I helped"

"Thank you Arnav, NK is my best friend and I don't want to see him unhappy, you are such a nice man" Khushi caresses his cheek and leaves to her room. This was the first point earned by Arnav genuinely beside their accidental kiss and the lift hug. Arnav stood their for a moment touching the area where Khushi softly placed her hand. He too goes to his room waiting for a new morning. But before that he text a short message to Shyam thanking him.
