Chapter 2
"Enteeer (enter) evereeone, comee een (in)!" NK guided everyone through the front door after walking for almost ten minutes through the forest. One after the other, hand in hand, all the three couples entered with Arnav and Khushi at the end. NK left the door after shutting it properly. To be honest, he was kinda scared of this place, already.
The architecture of the house was ancient, it was built a long time ago. There was a spacious living room, wide stairs at the corner of the living room going up to a corridor on the first floor which had quite a few doors. All the furniture, ceiling, floor and the walls were reddish brown colour.
"Sooo, basicalleee, theere (there) are fivee roooms in thees (this) housee wheech (which) wee can use, the onee doon (down) staiirs is minee, the threee in the meedle (middle) upstaiirs weel (will) be geeven (given) to the you couples. Malcom and Jenna get the seceend (second) onee, Jake and Kate get the third one and finally, Arnav and Khushi get the foorth (fourth) onee. The first and the last doors are noot (not) to bee opened at all including the attic and theese roooms downstairss except mine, strict instructions. The kitchen is on the leeft (left). Thaats all the info you need" Saying that,
NK took off his hat and left for his room.
As Arnav and Khushi left for their room, they could see melted candles all along the corridor and the door of the last room which was right next to their's was shut with a metal rusted chain on it but you could hardly see that cuz there was hardly any light in the house and plus the last room was right at the end of the corridor, causing it to stay in the shade of the wall next to it.
Exausted with the trip, Arnav and Khushi walked in their room. It was no different to the rest of the house except that their bed was draped with lots of white sheets.
"Sooo, now that you're done with your thing, let's do mine" Arnav spoke and reached forward to grab Khushi by her waist before pulling her against his body and starting again.

The wall clock showed the time to be just past midnight. The main wooden door of the house creaked open, the lock opened itself up from inside and footsteps started appearing on the layer of just plastering the floor.

1:15 AM
Jake stepped down the stairs of the house, stretching his arms wide. His feet stilled as he saw some movement near a locked door just opposite the main door. He quickly rubbed his eyes to get a clearer view. There was absolutely nothing! But there was some change in the air, he couldn't really point out what it was but it just felt creepier now. Jake quickened his pace towards the kitchen to get water, he just wanted to get back to his room as soon as he could.
Jake stepped in the kitchen and hurriedly walked over to the refrigerator, he could feel someone's gaze on him but whenever he turned around, there was no one. After getting himself a glass and filling it with water, Jake turned around to walk back. However, what he saw next made his heart stop! Jake dropped the glass of water and his body started quivering with fright. There stood, nose to nose, a woman dresses in a ragged white dress, blood dripping from her stomach, dry blood on her legs with scars on her body, her face was covered with her long black hair which ended near her knees. A lock of hair flew from her face to reveal her face. Her eyes were plain white with blood around the sides, her face was covered in scars and there was a wretched smile on her face.

3:10 AM
Khushi moved against Arnav's bare body before stratching her arms. She looked around the room for a bottle of water but she found none. Getting up n she pushed the white sheets away from her body and picked up her red nighty from the ground where they had discarded it before. Khushi tied on the robe on top of her nighty before walking out of the room to get some water from the kitchen.
Khushi was half way through the corridor when she felt a strong gust of wind blowing the hair at the back of her head. She tunred to find nothing at all! She resumed her journey to the kitchen when she again felt someone near her again but again it was nothing. Getting scared, Khushi started running back to the room when she clashed into something right behind her...
