I don't blame Sumi at all. She could literally see Basan't family getting wiped off in a minute, and of course herself and DS. That's indeed a very huge cost to pay and the amount of pain, terror, that they were all going through was countless.

Actually, Ganga did start off very well. Her character portrayal was that of a strong woman, who was self-protective and fiery. Her running way from RAT's house was quite similar to Ds running away from MS, but then G's character changed into a weak in love - emotional cry baby. She could not think beyond J.

I was expecting that she would.

No she came out in pre-cap. Not in episode. She sees J hit by a rod, and screams Daactarsa... Mannu is not in her hand and she was upstairs.

Ganga came out in the precap.

Soaked into her own sorrows, she could not focus or foresee, how big a threat Ratan could be.

And even today, at the time of action, she is just thinking. But not really thinking.
