Heyi farah, u hv to excuse me as firstly I wud like to thank my sister for introducing me to Something About You, she said I wud love it as it was different, with a dark and passionate arnav and an utterly vivacious, strong, bold khushi... And she was right... I started reading it long after u reached ur golden jubilee and found myself so engrossed in it... U hv written the story so beautifully that each emotion, each scene, each arhi moment, each rabba vey, khushi and her family scenes made me connect with them in each and every chapter and get hooked to the story... It was a true roller coaster ride and I enjoyed it thoroughly... Although I wud like to confess that I was taken by suprise by some of the turn of events and I did question some of them (to my siser), I was so very impressed by the khushi of SAY, there was something about her that made her special and different and yet so much like Khushi... She was cute, charming, loving, passionate, vulnerable, strong, understanding, emotional, mean, a fighter, a kid, a woman, a sister, a daughter, a lover everything... she was a true match in every sense for the arnav of SAY who was so much into khushi that made me love him so much more, the way he pursued her and persuaded her, his anger, his passion, his love, his care, his fear, his need, his desire, his straight-forwardness, his possessiveness, his obsession, his darknes, Each and every emotion of his was justified by you so well and I loved the way khushi reciprocated and reacted strongly and aptly to each one of them... There was something about both of them that made them truly made for each other... And so I thank you for this beautiful story and this very different but very own Arnav and khushi...
And I wud hv loved to write about all the other characters and scenes that u wrote in this one, that I liked in the updates, but as there are so many of them that I will just say summarily that u wrote each character amazingly well and especially I liked the bonding of the Gupta family a lot!! Rohan and Shashi were my favorites after arhi and the love they had for their bachchi was so touching... Of course Arnav-anjali were next to rohan-khushi bonding for me in SAY... And all ur original dialogues, the emotional scenes, the relationships of the characters and their feelings, the beautiful explanations and correlations u gave from real life are praiseworthy...
And u really weaved in the dialogues from IPKKND so well into SAY that I was really feeling the urge to go back and watch the scenes after reading the updates... It was like a tribute to ipk and a treat for the readers...
Thanks for not stopping the story midway during the two times that u mentioned... An unfinished story is something which really leaves a reader feeling betrayed of the promise the writer makes at the beginning... And especially after how IPKKND ended we don't want any more such "shocks" do we?
Congratulations and thank you for writing this beautiful story and I hope u do come back with another arhi story as soon as it suits you, and I hope even if ur friends are leaving u wont, stay around and pls do write... :)
