And wht is this lame theory that his family does not appreciate him or his success much. How the hell does one know this? They r not at all in the limelight...so how do we know wht they do or say about him? Are we expecting his family to give interview/statement abt him?!! Has gauri khan ever praised srk in public? Heck I don't remember jaya bachhan ever praising AB senior in public! For a family that chooses to stay completely out of the limelight...people come up with all sorts of stories...calling them 'inside news' and wht not...and others believe them.

I for one learned a lesson-that never watch any hindi serial at d frst place...its all just billy /shyam adventures n unending epic chemistry leading into drab n dull ending...

Misha, the audience expected a lot from the show because of the first 8 months of the show. The writing was brilliant and the actors were very good in portraying subtle nuances that the writing showed!

You can get to top, but the difficult thing is to stay on top! The writing suffered big time & the show was running purely on Barun & Sanaya. Barun fans watched it for him. Sanaya fans watched it for her. "SaRun" fans watched it just for them. The rest who watched it for the story either changed channels or kept watching in the hopes that the show would improve!!!

Channels need to understand that the Ekta formula is not what attracted the vast majority of the viewers. IPK wasn't a TRP generator but they got new audiences through IPK. Their "nayi soch" (which is still 1950s for me!) is not what got them new audiences, it was the story & good actors! Good actors is not to be confused with "good looking" actors!
