Honestly hats off to you on writing on such a realistic situation that happens, being in UK I've never seen such things like it but despite not even witnessing it I could feel the pain, I was actually speechless for a few moments after reading the first part, it makes one think about whats happening all round the world.

Maan is pained to some extent and wasn't aware of the reason

Geet is feeling a lot secure with his presence. I wish such spoiled kids opened their eyes to see the reality around them, life certainly isn't a bed of roses.

Loved how Maan tried to make her comfortable, from being friends and caring towards her plus teaching her.

I was quite glad she was being taught because education is now so important in this modern day and world. Also the way he treated her with chocolates.

Hate Geet's father with a passion, how could one beat a child? It still happens now in every family, not as worse but a child is abused. Children are meant to be enveloped with love and kindness not beaten to pulp.

I understand why maan's family see Geet and her mother as lower class but still the way they're ordering a child.

They should stop and think would they have liked to work if they were her age. A child is meant to have fun and enjoy his/her childhood not slog off for other people.

I absolutely love this Maan so much. His care, his nature everything makes one love him, will love to see the dominant and strong headed man when he grows up as now his parents are trying to stop him from getting involved with Geet.

Geet is also so adorable, her innocence and the pain she's probably draws me towards her and sympathize with her situation plus there are girls like Geet here out there who are going through such situations. Child labour, abuse etc...

Wonder how the story will move on now that Maan is back. Hope to read of Geet's expression... Continue soon. Waiting for the next part.

That was an awesome one Anu!!!

Maan's dad does hold certain good principles of not encouraging child labor... but yet again, he seems not to favor geet being a girl speaking to the guys in the family..

So this will clearly mean that geet wont be entertained to be around maan during his holidays...

And maan and geet seem to treasure their relation a lot.. and on one side maan wants to be independent in order to help and support Geet...

Wondering how all these are going to get in place...
