Grounded!

"I told you to ask my wife"

Lekhraj growled at his lawyer who sat infront of him like a stone, his face devoid of any expressions other than fear of him. Lekhraj could not believe his fate, which made him meet this good for nothing lawyer and he punched the dirty walls of the cell he was in.

"Your bank account is ceased and there is not enough money in your wife's account to execute the plan you were referring to, and I am afraid that I'd be thrown away from my current position if I helped you with your plan sir.

The man said politely as it will cause his lifelong hardships he faced to earn the job he was in.

"Did you check with my board of directors, as in why the f**k they did so?" Lekhraj asked trying to remove those iron bars infront of him and get out of that f**king cell he was in.

"Because you no longer own anything other than the LS. Communications in New Delhi.. rest of the shares are owned by Gupta Industries as per the power of attorney. You never changed the same into your name sir, you son Mr. Neeraj Singh owns the same and he have transferred the whole shares into some Payal Gupta's name.

Lekhraj's eyes bulged out at what he heard from his lawyer and he slumped back onto the floor with a thud. He had never thought that his nave son will do something like this to him. who was he kidding?! He had Arnav Singh Raizada in his court, and he was a bloody player.. when it comes to play dirty.

"I want to kill that bas***d"

Lekhraj said extending his hands out of the cell while his lawyer backed away, his life was dear to him and he never wanted to die inside a prison and that too with Lekhraj Singh's dirty hands.

The whole Raizada Parivar reached Gupta Mansion next day, after Arnav had called them to Lucknow because they will be having their wedding soon and that too at Gupta Mansion.

Garima folded her hands in a Namaste while Arjun smiled meekly at her, remembering the phone conversation which led them to hate each other. Arpita and Garima shared a sisterly hug while Anjali led Nani ji inside the house holding her shoulders.

Khushi walked towards them slowly as Arnav asked her to do, but as she saw Ruhi and Akash walking inside her house, all carefulness through out of the window and she ran to her friend giggling loudly.

"Khush"

Ruhi exclaimed hugging the life out of her while Akash patted Khushi's head lovingly.

"How is my bhabhs feeling now?" He asked grinning at her while she blushed slapping his chest playfully.

"She's amazing, you want proof?" Arnav asked nudging Akash with his elbow as he encircled his arms around Khushi's waist possessively while elders cleared their throats grinning at them.

Shyam and Anjali were sitting away from the whole group discussing something serious, Shyam's hands caressing her cheeks while she beamed onto his hands dangerously.

"Ahem"

Arnav cleared his throat as he sat next to Shyam, his hands still holding Khushi's hands possessively as she struggled to withdraw her hands from his. Ruhi giggled at her friend as they all sat at the huge dining table for breakfast. Chutki could not get any happier as she watched everyone talking and smiling at each other.

She kissed Aashu's chubby cheeks as she joined the huge family who were discussing about the wedding which will be taking place next evening.

Neeraj and Payal sat next to each other as Neeraj grabbed Payal's hands in his whispering something naughty into her ears, for that she blushed looking everywhere except the people around her.

Ruhi and Akash discussed about their honeymoon trip to goa while Anjali stuffed Shyam's mouth with her home made jalebi's she bought especially for him.

Nani ji and Garima discussed about the rituals and other important things which was needed to be done immediately.

Arnav's phone rang and he excused himself from everyone. It was NK and Kittu from Australia. They had already boarded the flight to India for attending the grand wedding at Lucknow.

Everybody were so excited after hearing about NK and Kittu's arrival, especially Neeraj. He missed his little sister and her being away from India was not something he appreciated, because she was his little princess whom he always wanted with him.

Sheetal looked into her contact list and sighed sadly. There was no one left to call for a help other than the Raizadas. She had found out about the banks decision and withdrawed the left cash from her account before its too late.

Every friend of Lekhraj including Shekhar, Garima's brother had denied to help him with the court procedures. Shekhar was afraid of Neeraj and Arnav grouping against him for good and it was not something he planned to bear at this old stage of him.

Sheetal felt all alone in between the chaos. Now she understood the pain of being alone, without the support of her man. Garima's condition few years back so related to her condition now.

Mornings never felt so fresh and gorgeous to Khushi as she emerged from the washroom after a quick bath. She reached for the dressing table, wearing a yellow sari and towel dried her long hair. She was abou to apply her moisturizing lotion when she found Chutki and Payal waiting for her with a bowl filled with turmeric while Garima, Anjali, Ruhi, Nani ji smiled at her from the doorway.

"Come on di…"

Chutki said grabbing her hands as they all led her out of the room. Aashu pulled at the pallu of Khushi's sari wearing a yellow frock and Khushi could not help and carried her in her arms, kissing her soundly on her cheeks.

"Maasshii"

She said kissing Khushi back on her cheeks while everyone just gaped at the two. Aashu was calling Khushi maasi for the first time. Although Chutki and Khushi were trying really hard to make her spell those words but she never was able to spell the same.

Khushi felt immensely happy as she looked at Aashu's giggling face.

"Thanks Aashu.." She said hugging her close as she seated on the comfy bed spread across the frontyard. Her eyes widened at the vision infront of her. arnav was sitting across the lawn smiling at her as Akash and Shyam stood next to him.

Khushi lowered her gaze as Arnav's eyes roamed all over her. he was looking devilishly handsome in that white Sherwani he was wearing.

Ruhi cleared her throat seating next to her, it was her Haldi too and Akash sat next to Arnav eyeing at Ruhi and she flushed looking away.

Elders started with the Haldi ceremony as Nani ji applied haldi to both the bride's and grooms.

Arnav's eyes glued to Khushi's as they got lost into each other's eyes the smile never leaving their faces.

Anjali sighed as Shyam hugged her sideways. Payal and Neeraj entwined their hands while Aashu clapped her hands giggling as she watched her Garima and her chotti maasi apply something on her maasi's face.
