rightly said you 9 are actually Nvdurgas that's why only 1 rup is present at a time

Me , jaya ,Sia ,Diya ,Jyoti ,Payel ,Anu ,Bhargavi ,Akshara and Sudhishna these 10 Mahavidyas atleast becomes present together at times
