This was so romantic, it felt like their night at the farm house. With the teaser you gave, I was expecting the ending to be the dilemma with her move to a different city. However you threw us a wrench with Sid's funeral and him seeing Lavanya again. What a cliff hanger! How will she react? Will she give him a chance to explain? I hope she does because he may have found an answer as go why he still wants her, not because she is his responsibility but maybe she makes him feel differently than La and maybe just maybe this unknown emotion may be coming from the heart region. Or it could have the opposite effect with him realizing that La is his true love and in which case coming clean with Kushi now, will be the best thing to do. One thing for sure, I am glad he did not lie about where he was even to protect her. I am also glad he did not lie when she asked him what he felt for her as it maybe too early for him to realize what his feelings for her are all about.
I do sympathize with you for the lack of sleep as my second baby did not sleep one full night until she was 2.5 years old. My first one though was a dream, sleeping 10 hours straight from 3 months on, slept through the night in her own room. So if you have a second, maybe the next one will be the charm. Try to catch a nap when she is sleeping during the day as you will need it.
