An amazing update, yet so heart breaking and painful for Khushi.

Khushi made the mistake by bringing up the point about his family and Arnav just lost all control,

I can't believe he forced himself on her and poor Khushi fainted,

At least Arnav has realised that his cruelty had gone to far, hope the doctors words has some affect on him.
