which software you used?? movie maker renders good quality by default... if you use good quality video it'll give you good product... & in other editing softwares you can choose the quality yourself.

Mamta..actually i tried using movie maker ...i think what you said about the mobile phone quality was right...coz movie maker does not work with mp4 so i converted the videos to wmv..and i guess the quality changed...not sure though!

yes... that affects the quality... I feel you didn't use 480 or 720 p quality while converting the videos... that's why output quality is so low... however in other editing softwares you can enhance the quality to some extent.
