Maybe they want to start in some cricket stadium as a good luck charm as it is a cricket based movie ...and now that the date has passed they are not getting permission for shoot on the location ... Who knows :( ...

Oh god... Pls let tht not be the reason... I am ok if they r foolish and did not think of it ... But not this no permission business

Yes it seems plausible... I don't want it to be true becoz then they have to apply for permission again and wait for tht to happen... And then further delays
