Unlike the bashing people love to give Madhu whenever she's not ga ga, my point is not that it's in any way a bad thing. I'm just pointing out that the only reason a certain love is called first love is because they are the leads.

But she was liking Mukund well enough. Okay it didn't go to the depth of her love for fake RK, but what was the reason? She fell in love with RK after the "marriage" because she saw the goodness in him and because she believed herself to be his wife.

My point is more that look at the underlying basis for Madhu's love. That's why it was problematic from the start. I know many loved them and enjoyed them, but to me it's more like...Madhu would probably have fallen in love with Mukund over the course of their marriage too. Yes,he wasn't man enough to stand up against society, but at least he could admit it. And if he had that fault, that's far less than the faults of the praised one who supposedly deserves Madhu's love.

And actually the basis of my Mukund argument is used to bash Madhu whenever she's not going gaga over her so called husband. So even the other group picks up on this, but unlike me they use that as a fault of Madhu and uses it to bash her as characterless.😵

All that because he forced her, blackmailed her into the 'marriage' in the first place.

What if she had gotten married to Mukund? She would have fallen in love with him as well, no. Okay yeah, I guess if we go by the fact that she never completely fell in love, RK is her 'first love' but look at why he's her first love. Because he set out to destroy her to be marriage with Mukund and bonded her to a 'marriage' by force, blackmail and under duress.

And then there's the fact that whatever she fell in love with--all that is questionable, since it was part of his revenge plan.

Yup!! That she fell in love with him even after how he destroyed her marriage to mukun and all the blackmail humilation etc doesn't still well with me. But rk...in order to maker her fall in love...did all those things like..not send shamsher to jail...get her parents married. And its the indian show thing...no matter how you hubby treats you...you supposed to love him🤢 guess they had to show that..and show it again...dunno how many agains and I sure hope it finally stops with her dumping him for good
