.It was a warm sultry morning in Delhi when Rishabh Khurana arrrived at the airport to catch a connecting flight to Mumbai where he lived. Risabh Khurana turned heads wherever he went as he was beautiuflly built. Strong Jaw beautiful eyes and a perfect nose. When he smiled which was rare his smile lit up his eyes. That day two souls were about to meet briefly. Piya Kundra dashed to the airport and was waiting with Rishabh and all the other passengers in the waiting lounge for the flight to be announced. They boarded the flight to mumbai. Ironically Risahabh was seated behind Piya and all he could see was her lovely curly hair and he loved it. It was a short flight to Mumbai and the flight arrived before time.. Rishabh Kundra was a man to reckon with. He had come up the hard way and was a no nonsenese type. He never let his guard for a minute and had built walls around him. The only person he allowedd himself to be close to was his grandmother.

Piya had no intention of moving to Mumbai until her mother remarried and she detested her stepfather so much that she stopped laughing or smiling. Her mother suggested that she go and visit her friend Janhavi who lived in mumbai she took her up on the offer and arrived here. Her friend was happy to see her and the two friends hugged each other and started to talk non stop. Rishabh was a witness to the whole thing and for the first time smiled at them. He started at Piya as he had never seen a more beautiful woman like her before and he wanted her to be in his life forever. He somehow knew that they were destined to be together. Back home at Janhavi's flat Piya had a shower and was ready in 5 mins as they had a lot of catching upto do. She carried a coffe mug and sat down at the dining tabel when she glanced at a mag lying. The cover had a photo of Risahbh Khuranna who was causally dressed in jeans and a white shirt the top two button were unbuttoned. She ran a hand over the pic and decided she had to meet him somehow. the answer came in the form of an advert in the newspaper where Rishbh Khurrna advertising company was interviewing people for the job of seceratry for him. she picked up the phone and fixed appointemet for later that day. She hurriedly got changed clothes and dashed out of the flat. It was a Saturday and was causals day at the office. He walked into the office wearing torn blue jeans and the same white shirt. Following him closely was Piya. He walked up to Meera his receptionist and asked for the file containg the interviewees. She said that Maya has them he shouted for Maya who came running followed by her sidekick Meera who was carrying the flies and who tripped and pushed Maya who in turn bumped into Piya and who was sent fllying into the arms of Rishabh. Rishabh turned around at the last minute hearing Piya's cries and caught hold of her. Time came to a standstill. All Risahbah could do was stare at Piya's firghtened face and her tightly squeezed eyes that refused to open. He called out Piya are you all right. She opened her eyes and stared at the most beautiful face and the most loving eyes and no words were exchanged. They were speaking thru their eyes. Everything was blocked out right there and then. Deep down Rishabh wanted Piya to be the same girl whom he had fallen in love with years ago and Piya also wanted it. They met at Risahbh party to celebrate his 24th birthday on August 14 and they fell for each other. But fate decided to seperate them when Piya's mother remarried as did Rishbabh dad. And the young lovers were cruelly yanked away from each other due to bad blood between the parents. But they never gave up on each other. The only person who truly cared and loved him was his grandmother who was saddened at the situation. She gave him her most treasured gift her iamond engagment ring and the matching necklace and told him to put it on the finger of Piya. He promised her he would one day. And that day had come both of them came face to face with each other. But Risahbh wanted to make sure this was his Piya he walked out of the office to the garden next door. And sat on the bench facing a huge cascading waterfall. Only Piya and he knew abt this place. Piya walked into his office calling out his name but not finding him there git her worried. She looked all over but there was no sign of him. His phone was switched off. She remembered the park and ran there. And upon reaching there found the rose bush and the fountain she plucked a rose and threw its petals down the cascading water . Risahbh looked at the petals and knew his Piya had come and sure enough she was standing at the top of the stair in blue jeans and red top. Seeing him Piya ran down the stairs before Risahbh could even take a step and ran straigth for him He was happy and lifted her in his arms and told her that she has to stop doing htis. He got down on one knee and proposed to her. He puts his hand in his pocked and takes out a beautiful diamond engament ringanputs the ring on her beautiul slender finger. She opens her eyes and is shocked. How did you get this? where did you find? He silences her by placing his finger on her lips and says this is my grandmother's ring and I want to marry you. My love will you do the honour of becoming my bride. He never finished the sentace as Piya said yes and ran to him and planted a kiss on his cheek. Is that a yes he asked? Rishabh was grinning like a cheshire cat. I want only the best for my love anyting she wants will be hers. The best huh teased Piya. Anything I want. Ofcourse said Rishabh. Well in that case I want you Mr Risahbh you are the best and the most valuable treasure for me. I would give up everything in life to be with you. The two of them were atlast reunited toghether they had both been thru a lot in their life and had fought a long and hard battle and now they will not let anyone come between them.

The God who disguises

"Twam Shantam, Twam Satyam, Twam Shiva Anantam'" an enchanting and mesmerizing voice is filling the entire surroundings of Kailash and Manasa Sarovar area. The voice's sweetness and charm can easily attract one's attention towards the beholder. But who holds such beautiful and sweet voice? She is none other than Devi Sati'.newly wedded wife of Mahadev. She herself is Adi Shakti, The Supreme Energy and Goddess. Without her will not a single act can be done. She is the acting power of The Supreme God Shiv. Together they are Mahakaal and Mahakaali, Rudra and Rudrani. They create, nurture and destroy this whole creation. But when they are calm and composed, just like now they are Shiv and Sati'..approachable form of Ultimate Power- Purush and Prakriti.

But in their approachable form Devi Sati's husband, her Lord Shiv is little reluctant towards this materialistic world. May be long ago when they were separated for the sake of this creation he felt distracted towards this world and chose the hermitage for him. He dipped himself into his meditation and through the meditation he reached to his Shakti'.his beloved consort. But that was long Kalpas ago. Now his Shakti is incarnated as Sati'and she marries him to complete him. But still he doesn't will to take responsibility of the household. He ignores every worldly attachment always. After her marriage to her Lord Shiv, Sati finds him either in meditation or he goes to fulfill his devotees' wishes. The Last night was their first night of wedding. But he left her in middle of their union to save the Demigods from the ravage of the Demon Tarakasura. She was very devastated and upset from this negligence. She couldn't able to control her tears. Because may be she is Adya Shakti'..The Supreme Energy, by birth she is a human. And she holds every human feelings and emotions as well. So for her behaves indifferent during the disturbance of her first union night is impossible.

Sitting on the bank of the Lake Manasa she is thinking about the last night. "Do I mistake? Do I behave like an ignorant person? I know my husband has lots of responsibilities to fulfill. He has to go whenever he is called by his devotees'. But doesn't he have any responsibility towards me? I am his wedded wife and I need him too. Why he doesn't feel any attraction to this world. Now I am with him. But still he wants to be a hermit instead of a house holder. I know this doesn't suit me. I am Adya Shakti Maha Maya'.this whole world is an illusion, a display of my Maya-my power. But I am a woman too. I too want my husband's attention and appreciation. I too want his affection and care. His love and support complete me in every way. But knowing this fact he is still indifferent. What should I do?"

"You should leave that old hermit and should come with me, My Beautiful Lady." A harsh voice breaks her thoughts and brings her into the reality. She turns to the source of this voice and stuns out of wonder. She doesn't believe that during her bathing time an intruder dares to disturb her privacy. She becomes angry and asks "Who are you? What makes you dare to enter here?"

"I am a new devotee who supposes to do penance but after seeing your divine beauty and hearing your enchanting voice I fall for you." The intruder says proudly.

"Don't you know who am I?" Sati becomes furious at him and asks him.

"I know you are that stupid Princess Dakshayani who chose a hermit over other powerful Kings. You are wife of that Shiv, the beggar. But Princess he is too old to deserve you. And he is very ugly too. He only consumes Bhaang with Datura extracts and wears tiger skins and smears fresh ashes from the cremation ground in all over his body. How could you stay with him? And the most horrible matter is he wears snakes as his ornaments in his neck with Rudraksh. Princess I am your well- wisher. Leave that poor, beggar hermit and come with me. I will give you everything and anything you wish." He says.

A terrible fire she can feel now within her. This is her Supreme Energy which radiates within her right now. If it comes out it will destroy this whole creation. So she needs to calm herself down. She stares at that intruder thoroughly. He is fair, tall and wears silk dhoti and stole. As ornaments he uses rudraksh which are made by gold. But his appearance is not enough to impact on Sati's mind and heart where already her Lord Shiv resides. She closes her eyes and says " Listen Intruder'.you doesn't know anything about my husband and me and our relation. And this is your first sin. So I forgive you. But you leave this place at once. Otherwise no one will able to save you from my wrath." She shouts at him in coarse voice.

But the intruder answers her back "You seem very stubborn and proud. You need to teach some lessons. How dare you to insult me. I will capture you by my force My Lady. Then you will be mine only." He grins.

Sati loses her control over herself and applies her power on that intruder. But the intruder nullifies it. Then she takes a rope and throws it to him by saying " Tie this intruder". But he sends it back by saying "Be the garland of her neck". She fumes in anger turns it into snake to bite him. But he again turns it into an iron chain to binds her. She throws her 'Kharga' at him. Seeing her, the most powerful weapon the intruder has no choice but throws his Trishul to prevent its hit. The point of the Trishul and Kharaga's collision a fiery storm creates which causes a temporary blackout throughout the Kailash and Manasa Sarovar region.

Sati again stuns out of wonder. As per her knowledge the Trishul can be lifted by Shiv or by her only. And possessing the Trishul indicates that this intruder is her Lord, her Shiv. Her anger melts as tears. Her heart fills with sorrow again as she again doesn't recognize her Lord. She again insults him by her words and wants to hurts him.

"No Sati...You doesn't . Whatever you have done is only to protect your and your husband's honor." She hears a familiar voice. She lifts her face and sees her Lord Shiv in his same attire. He advances to her smilingly and holds her hand in his and says, "You did nothing wrong Sati. I am sorry to hurt you again. I know my negligence causes you pain a lot. But seeing you in pain I too feel pained. I am sorry again" He gently wipes her tears cupping her face in his palm.

"Then why do you take my test?" She complains sadly. "I want to know your mind Sati though I know whatever is going on your mind. But I want to be sure that you are able to bear every suffering with me." He says taking her in his embrace. She rests her head right on his heart and her hands on his shoulder. Listening this she slightly moves her face at him and asks "Do I pass?"

"Yes'and from now I will be always with you and I promise I will fulfill my every responsibility and duty as husband. I will be with you in your step of your house hold. You won't be sad from now in Kailash" He assures her hugs her tightly against him.

Finally Adi Shakti'.Devi Sati is happy as her husband, her Lord agrees to be with her in her every house hold. He agrees to become a house holder from a hermit. Finally her love and devotion for him win. She smiles and closing her eyes hugs him back. The whole surroundings of Kailash and Manasa Sarovar again fill with the happiness, joy and colors of beautiful flowers and sweet voices of birds. And their divine love spreads as the light in throughout the world.

She is dipping into her deepest thoughts. She has realized that she is connected to him by some way. But what is that? Why she uses to have the nightmare where a shadow is dancing on sky just above on the Mount Kailash. But she has decided that she will go to search for her answers'.but where should she go to find the answers.

A weird feeling has captured her heart. Today she went to the forest to collect the water from the Holy river Saraswati. But suddenly she heard a sharp voice which had caused severe damage in the whole surrounding and then a soothing, mesmerized and deep voice which had healed the entire nature again. It relived the nature with the beholder's enchanting music and melodious song. And it haunted her towards the beholder that she forgot that who is she? She is Sati, she is Dakshayani'..Prajapati Daksh's beloved daughter. She ignored her responsibility, duty and dignity as Dakshayani and had followed the source of the voice and ran towards it. And when she reached in the middle of the forest she had found that was him. He played his Veena(later the Raagas and Raaginis told her that Veena is called Rudra Veena which is meant to design for him) closing his eyes and singing the most melodious song she had ever heard. She couldn't control herself but danced on his beat, his rhythm, his music. She was deeply moved by him and could sense that the emotion of dance came to her after a long time. After he had finished his song and opened his eyes he didn't pay any attention to her. But she noticed that he too was staring at her only for a long while. He was surprised to find her dancing on his notice. Was he happy? She tries to remember. His facial expression seemed nothing but his eyes had showed a deep concern and long waiting to her. What does that imply?? But since the morning she is in trance and every time she is thinking about him. Shiv'.who is he?? What is the relation between him and her??

She is again in trance. As she realizes that she is not only Dakshayani, daughter of Prajapati Daksh but also Shivani'Ardhangini of Shiv. Her love, her Lord. Her everything is from now only for him. She is finally able to see the shadow's face which shows the one half is her Lord Shiv and the other half is she herself- Sati. She is overwhelmed with joy. Now she has realized why that day when the demon attacked her He, her Lord Shiv had come to rescue her? Why she couldn't control herself but danced on his music, his song. Why the other day she sang exactly his song'.and felt that only she was repeating his words and tune? Why on her every call he appeared in front of her. Though he rejected her on the day of 'Nadi Pujan' she didn't feel detached from him. She is his Ardhangini, his other half. And he proved that in front of everyone when he came to dance with her on her invitation. A shivering goes down through her spine. She remembered each incident of that day'.that day she was starting a breathless dance to call on her Lord and finally fell down. But after some time the whole place had been covered with smoke and then he arrived. He advanced towards her and she quickly regained her energy and stood up on her feet. They stared at each other eyes for a long time. Then they together were dancing. For her it was the return to her true self. She felt that many Kalpas ago they together danced like this on the first ever created note "OM" from which the sound, the words and music derived. But she felt she was the creator of the note "OM" with him. Through their mesmerizing dance the energy was radiated from which the whole creation was formed. But then they were separated. But now they were together again for all eternity. But suddenly what happened she didn't know. But her sisters told her that suddenly Shiv disappeared from there and she was still dancing madly and then fell onto the floor and went into a deep slumber. She heard that too that Shiv and she danced so passionately and mesmerizingly that everyone was so elated to see their dance. But then her father Daksh came and called her name and she fell down. Later to wake her up from her slumber her Lord Shiv again came to touch her forehead though he said that he did that only for her Father. Because he was ready to give up his designation of Prajapati to cure his daughter with all his power. But after she gained her conscious by his touch she has some extra sensory power which says to her that he was lying to her. He too loves her. But due to some unknown reason he is not ready to accept her as her Ardhangini.

"Why I can't be qualified as his consort, as his wife? I am his other half" she angrily asks.

"Yes you are his consort, his wife. But you are too weak and fragile to become his." A voice breaks the silence of her room. She turns back and finds a figure is smiling at her. She looks like her but she is very radiant and glowing. She wonders "who is she? She is more beautiful than me?" jealously she looks at her.

"Don't be jealous. I am you. I am your true self Sati." She replies.

She arches her eyebrow as she can't figure out what she says?

"Relax Sati'.listen to me carefully. You and I are one. I am your soul Sati. And I am the Adya Shakti Maha Maya, with Shiv I create, nurture and destroy this creation again and again as Mahakaal and Mahakaali, Rudra and Rudrani. Nothing can be moved without my will Sati. I am his energy and I am the Ultimate energy. I am Prakriti and he is Purush. This Earth and everything on this Earth is being acted by US." She smilingly says.

"But if you are I and I am the Ultimate energy then why I fell weak in front of that Demon?" she questions confusingly.

"Because you don't know yourself Sati. As human you are limited by the human faults and flaws. You have to overcome that first to know and attain yourself Sati. If you attain your true self you can attain your Lord Shiv." She answers.

'But how" she pouts.

'By meditating Sati. You have to concentrate your mind on one point to think about you and Shiv. You have to surrender yourself unconditionally towards him. Close your eyes and feel him. Take a long breathe and concentrate your attention at the middle of your forehead and think about him. Think about yourself with him'..feel the energy within you." She tells.

Sometime has been passed as she opens her eyes. She now feels an immense fire has emerged from her. She feels that the light and heat is radiating from her but she doesn't feel any discomfort. She closes her eyes again and now she can see what was happening in the past to her and her Lord. How Lord Brahma requested to her Lord Shiv who was 'Ardhnarishwar' then to part his beloved consort from him. After that incident how had he cut himself out from the all worldly attraction. How she took birth again and again to reach him but failed. And finally she took her this birth Sati. She opens her eyes and tears rolls down from her eyes. She again closes her eyes and sees her future ''but'she frowns and opens. "What does that mean?" she asks to herself.

"Let it be on its way Sati. You realize your true self. From now you and I are same. From now you are Adi Shakti. This is the most important to anything." An answer comes from her inner heart.

"But if it troubles?" she asks angrily'.

"You are Adi Shakti but you can't interrupt in the laws of nature as you yourself are Prakriti. Let the time go with its own way'.you just keep your meditation and devotion for your Shiv going on. Bring him to the house hold from his hermitage with your love, care, affection and nursing. As you take birth as human you can't breach the human laws. But as you are completely aware of everything after attaining your true self let observe everything. And wait for your Shiv. He will soon come here to take you with him. Till then behave like normal human being." Her inner voice suggests.

"Okay." She agrees smilingly and looks at the mirror. She looks more beautiful and radiant. She smiles.

She realizes who actually she is? And she also realized who is he? And what is exactly they together are? But sill she acts a mere human Lady as she is bounded by the human laws of the Nature of herself (as she is Prakriti). And she is waiting for her Lord Shiv but this time more confidently as she is completely aware of the truth.

In the fine morning of the spring season'.The mild breeze is blowing from the southern side of Mount Kailash. The air of the entire surroundings fills up with amazing perfumes of flowers, chirps of various song birds and humming of honey bees. A hermit leaving his regular meditation is standing near the Lake Manasa and pondering about something. His attendant stands little far from him and tries to read his Master's thought. He never sees his Master so restless like this. Usually his Master dips himself in deep slumber or "Samadhi" for several thousands or millions years in an alone, unknown place or keeps himself in deep meditation whenever he stays in Kailash. He has cut himself from all kind of worldly attachments many 'Kalpas' ago and concentrates in hermitage but nowadays Nandi thinks in his mind, "My Master finally starts to think about my Mata and his wife Devi Sati." He smiles at the Adi Yogi Mahadev's sudden change and leaves the place.

On the other hand Mahadev is trying to think about the incidents which has been taken place form past few days or past few 'Kalpas'!! He stares at the purple lily which is just blooms. "She likes purple Lilly" he grins. His face glows by thinking about her and eyes are twinkling to remember about their last meeting.

"Sati, you are Dakshayani'.Prajapati Daksh's favourite daughter. If you break your father's invented law and code of living what will this world think?? You have some duty and responsibility as well towards your family and yours parents. If you cross the line of honour and dignity and come with me the world must think even Dakshayani can break her own father's code and law of living why should the society should obey his code and law?? It will be insulting incident for your father Prajapati Daksh , son of the creator Brahma." Shiva said to her when she came to meet him at the forest. She was discovered the truth that the sculptor Jatta was her Lord Shiva. Whatever he did from sculpting a handsome idol of Sadhbhish to make him handsome so that her mother Manuputri Prasuti gave her permission to her marriage with Sadbhish to making his own idol of gate keeper to keep her father Daksh's Ego was only to support her to keep her promise which she did to her father when he was ready to give up his life to keep away his daughter from his enemy Shiva. She came to know this truth from Revati after he had left the Daksh Bhavan.

During that time he felt so much pain in his heart. But he never had shown that towards this world. He knew as the Supreme God he is not allowed to show up his emotions and feelings in front of anyone. And he never wishes to do so. He is parted from his beloved consort Shakti for long Kalpas ago. Before that He and She together were Adi Purush and Adya Shakti=Ardhanarishwar..'.Maha Kaal and Maha Kaali, Rudra and Rudrani. She is his acting Energy, she is his other half, his soul. Without her he is nothing but a dead body. "Shakti bihina Shiva Shava" he utters in his mind. If in their Rudra roop if they create, nurture and destroy the whole creation and universe, in their Saumya roop as Shiva and Shivani they do everything for the benefits of the entire creation. For the betterment of this creation once Lord Brahma asked him to be separated from his Shakti, his Shivani. Remembering their duty and responsibility to this creation she happily agreed to be parted from him because to act the creation properly Lord Brahma needed Energy'which is possessed by Shakti herself. From her the nature and its elements and living being are created. So he loves the nature and everything of the nature as they are too a form of his beloved Shakti. But after Shakti incarnates herself as Sati, youngest daughter of Prajapati Daksh He feels a strange change within him. Before he can mediate for millions of years without distracting by any single worldly thing but nowadays whenever he closes his eyes to concentrate he can only see Sati.

"You have gone through so much pain, plight and grievance my love. I know after knowing the truth of being Shivani, Shiva's Ardhangini you have fought with yourself a lot and finally your true self, your Adi Shakti wins over your both personality Dakshayani and Shivani. Now finally you have realized your duty and as Dakshayani and Shivani as well. But during these realizing processes your pain hurts me a lot. Every time you have had pains and grievance for me and I feel the sharpness and sadness of yours." A drop of tear rolls down from his eyes. He wipes the brine at once as he doesn't like to show his emotion to anyone.

"Trust me. She will be happy with you." A known voice breaks Mahadev's thought process. He turns at the source of the voice and sees God Vishnu is standing with Devi Laxmi in front of him. He nods at them as they nod back to him.

"You haven't asked the Ganas to prepare for the wedding yet?" Devi Laxmi asks him and leaves the place without saying a word to find the Ganas. Before her departure she and Lord Vishnu shares an eye lock for regarding something which doesn't hide form Shiva's eyes. He asks after Devi Laxmi's departure "Narayan, you must be at Sati's Swayamvar right?"

Narayan answers, "well I come here to see if the groom is ready or not? And as I expected you haven't been ready yet. You are still doubting on Sati, Mahadev. I am assuring you she is completely attained her true self as Adi Shakti. And she knows what are her boundaries for taking a human birth. So she keeps herself restricted to do anything without your will Mahadev."

"Narayan I know that. Sati reaches and achieves her Power as Adi Shakti, her true self earlier. She is complete and ready to be my other half to complete me. But still she is Dakshayani. And her father Prajapati Daksh will not be happy if she chooses me over other suitable grooms in the Swayamvar." Mahadev sighs and answers.

"But Mahadev it doesn't matter what Prajapati Daksh wants? It matters what Sati wants? What you want? Her Adi Shakti's furious form will evoke if any man dares to wish her as his wife instead of you. And it will be destructive for this creation." God Vishnu tries to convince Shiva.

"Still Parajapati Daksh's consent matters. Without his will I won't marry Sati." Shiva says determinedly.

"Okay Mahadev. We should take your leave now." God Vishnu asks as Devi Laxmi arrives and they disappear after Mahadev nods.

"Today I want to go back the palace only to go with you with my parents blessings and wills after our marriage conducted by full rituals and rites. And I am assured after this meeting that you will surely come to take me as your wife Shiva." Sati said these words to him happily. She agreed with him after their conversation in the forest. When she came to stop him she was very upset and devastated which caused a sharp pain in her Lord's heart. But when she agreed to go back and wait for his arrival as her groom in the Swayamvar she was very elated and happy. Seeing her joyous face and her beautiful expressive and smiling eyes he felt that his aching heart was healed. All his pain was erased at once and he gave a soothing smile back at his Sati.

Remembering this he settles back on his tiger skin adorned seat at Kailash. He closes his eyes to see what his Sati is doing? But he opens his eyes soon as he finds she is getting ready for the Swayamvar by her sisters and mother. He blushes for a moment and grins unmindfully. But the noise of his attendant Nandi's footstep makes him conscious. He makes his face serious for a time being.

"Master don't you go to Mata's Swayamvar?" Nandi asks painfully.

"No Nandi. Prajapati didn't invite me. And without invitation I can't take part in the Swayamvar." Mahadev answers and closes his eyes.

Nandi feels upset and leaves the place silently and notices him behind from a tree. Suddenly he discovers his Master's face becomes dark and he seems to be pondering about something. And then he sees that his Master is smiling and flowers are showering on him. And then he suddenly stands up from his mediattion seat and disappears from the Kailash. Nandi remembers Devi Laxmi's instruction' "As soon as Maahdev leaves the Kailash, you and Ganas must leave the Kailash too taking everything what I am telling you." He rushes towards the others Ganas.

"To whom I love truly May this garland only adorn him." Saying this in her mind Sati holds her Garland up and it, itself reaches to her Lord Shiva. Receiving the Garland he feels finally he is whole with his soul mate, his other half, his Love of life Sati. He felt little tensed when Sati was standing on the platform to choose her groom from the invitees but after her final call, "Oh my Shiva, please come out from this stone now" makes him elated. He has no bounadaries and barriers now. His Sati is calling him. How could he ignore her call? So he finally reaches the Swayamvar venue at Daksh Bhavan. Seeing him Sati is right now very happy and tears roll down from her eyes in overwhelming joy. And seeing her happy he also smiles to her.

But as he has expected before Prajapati Daksh refuses to give his consent to Sati's marriage with Shiva. None can't convince him that as Shiva's idol was kept in the Swayamvar venue by Daksh, Shiva had been invited at the Swayamvar by Daksh automatically. But still he refuses the marriage of Shiva and Sati and drags Sati away from him by grabbing his hand. Shiva calmly notices everything and doesn't stop Prajapati as he knows it will hurt Sati the most. Sati love and respects her father very much and so is he. So he is waiting to calm down Prajapati's anger. But before he reacts to anything properly God Vishnu comes in his giant form and warns Daksh if he won't give his consent to Shiva and Sati's marriage he will have to face his wrath. So finally God Vishnu's intervention Prajapati Daksh gives his approval to his marriage with Sati. He expresses his gratitude by lifting his eye lids downwards at God Vishnu. God Vishnu smiles at him back.

Soon Nandi arrives there with a garland made by his own hand. He requests him to adorn that Garland on Sati's neck as she did to him. He smilingly agrees and taking the Garland from him and proceeds towards her slowly.

On the other side she too walks toward him slowly and shyly with her sisters and mother lifting her eyes downward. Then when they come face to face she looks at him directly and again lifts her eyes down in shyness. He finally garlands her'.The Swayamvar ceremony completes. That time Lord Brahama appears there and announces that soon the marriage ceremony will take place. He will do the Kanyadaan rite. And asks Mahadev to take some rest for the time being. Mahadev utters at Sati in his mind, "Finally the time has come, Sati. We will be one soon." And he notices Sati is blushing as she listens what her Lord just has just said to her. He smiles at her and stares at her with a fixed glance. "You looks very beautiful as my bride, Sati." He appreciates her in his mind.

"So are you my Shiva." Finally she speaks to him in her mind smiling shyly. Her sisters and mother then take her back in her room to prepare her for wedding and Lord Vishnu asks Shiva to follow him for the resting hall.

Finally the time has come my Lord.

I am the happiest woman on this Earth now.

I know this will happen though.

At the time I realize that I am only for you.

I surrender myself to you.

I dedicate myself only to you.

I love you only as my Lord, my Shiva.

I will take care of you, nurse you with all my affection and respect.

I am so elated that finally you accept me as your wife.

I have no wish for anything from this life.

Oh my Shiva'.

After have you with me'

Every pain, plight and grievance gives me a pleasure feeling.

As Adi Shakti I have duty and responsibility towards this Creation.

But as Shivani, your Ardhangini I have some responsibility towards you as well.

But you remind me that I have certain duty as Dakshayani, daughter of Daksh too.

So I happily chose to return to the palace.

I knew you will have to come to take me with you.

But what if you won't come??

You know that very well I have attained my true self as Adi Shakti.

And for Adi Shakti only Mahadev is her desired and deserved husband.

If anyone else will wish me, Adi Shakti, Sati for him,

He will have to bear my wrath at once.

You know that very well my Lord.

But today I don't want you as Adi Shakti, the Supreme Energy.

Today I want you like a normal, simple human bride.

Who wishes her groom, her Prince Charming, her Lord, her Love of life

Arrives at the bridal ceremony as soon as possible.

Today I wish you only as my husband.

And I am blessed the God of Gods accepts me.

He grants my wish of being his Ardhangini '

So from now I am not Dakshayanai,

I am Shivani.

And you arrive to response my call.

And your appreciative glances and smiles,

Which you are showering on me and my beauty'

Finally fulfill my each and every desire.

So from now my only desire is you.

Your support, your attention and love are my only need from you.

I hope I will keep you satisfied and happy.

Wedding Rituals written by Rimi(DeewaniRimi on ShivSati's Wedding anniversary)

Daksh was adamunt to not listen to anyone. But then once again Lord Brahma and God Vishnu appeared in front of him and reminded him what was he told long Kalpas ago??
He was remembered again by the Gods.
...In the beginning the there was nothing but vacant space where the Formless Para Brahman lived. He/She had no shape, no gender and no name. Then again He/She decided to take form...so the formless Energy emerged as Sada Shiva and Para Shakti. They together enjoyed blissfully each other's company like husband and wife. They were the eternal couple. Then they wished to create something...thus by Para Shakti's will and Sada Shiva's effort the universe was created with thousands of Galaxies and milkyways and planets. Then they wished to create life and to nurture them. ..so they created God Vishnu for protect and nurture their creation, Lord Brahma to create the life in their creation .
They Gods were soon getting busy to carry out their works...then Sada Shiva incarnated himself as Rudra and Para Shakti incarnated herself as Shakti and they too enjoyed their blissful union together. But after creating nature and others elements Lord Brahma faced strange problem. His creation remained lifeless. He reached to God Vishnu for a solution. God Vishnu was in his "AnantShahya" and was in deep slumber. To wake him up Lord Brahma chanted his Stuti as 'Narayan'(one who lies on the "nira" or water)... pleasing with his Chants God Vishnu opened his eyes and asked him about the reason behind his visit. Lord Brahama informed him about the problem he had faced. Then Narayan suggested him to pray to Rudra for his Shakti. Because Shakti is the acting power and energy of everything. Without Energy or Shakti everything is lifeless, inert. Only by Shakti's will Lord Brahma's creation may get life. Listening his advice Brahma went to Rudra and prayed to him for his Shakti. He performed penance to please him. Finally Rudra willed to parted his consort Shakti from him by pleasing his penance. Brahama returned to his creation and soon whatever he created got life by Shakti's blessings...and soon Mankind has created and flourished by his Manasa putras...
On the other hand losing his beloved consort Rudra renounced very wordly attachments and chose the hermitage and performed tough penance and soon became Shiva...( After losing Shakti Rudra was Shava i.e. dead body. But performing toughest penance and austerities he reached to her Shakti again in his Smadhi or Trance. SO he became Shiva= the Shava gets life by Shakti). He chose to stay in the cremetion ground and the mountain regions where he could keep himself in touch of the nature(the Prakriti...created by his consort Shakti or Energy, and he is Purush or Almighty).
But after fulfilling the creation lord Brahma had decided to return Shakti to Shiva. SO he again asked suggestion to God Vishnu. God Vishnu asked him to pray to Goddess Para Shakti for Shiva's suitable bride. Lord Braham prayed to Goddess that Sada Shiva already incarnated himself as Rudra who is famous as Shiva by performing toughest penance and is beyond reach of three gunas 1.Satva,2.Rajas,3.Tamas. He renounced every worldly affairs. Only Para Shakti could able to bring him back into the creation. Hearing Lord Brahma Para Shakti agreed to break Shiva' hermitage status. SO that she had decided to incarnate herself as Sati, Daksha Prajapati's daughter. She instructed Lord Brahma to ask his son Daksh to perform penance to get her as his daughter. Lord Brahma said what the goddess said. After long time of hard penance Patriarch Prajapati Daksha and Manuputri Prasuti got the Darshan of Para Shakti...where the Goddess agreed to be born as their daughter.But she warned Daksha that whenever he disrespect her she would give up her mortal body.Soon Daksh had had his younger daughter, who was named Sati by Goddess para Shakti's wish. She got another name Gauri as her complexion was raw golden. After reaching her womanhood Sati was drawn by Shiva and performed tough austerities Nanda Vrat to have him as her husband.During the time of her penance she renounced food and was survived on the Bilva Patra. Soon her Lord Shiva appeared before her and granted her wish by saying " Be my wife Sati." and named her as Aparna(as she renounced the bilva patra during her penance).
"So the time has come Daksh" God Vishnu said to him angrily."Sati has attained her true self as Para Shakti already. If you won't let her marry to her Shiva that will be disrespectful to Adi Shakti. So let her marry to her Shiva." God Vishnu again said.
Finally Daksh agreed and made arrangements for the wedding as Prajapatya riti(the wedding rites invented by him) but he refused to performed the Kanyadaan. So Lord Brahma offered himself for that rite.

After sometime, Shiva had arrived in Marriage Hall and was received by Daksha himself. Then he took his son-in-law to the 'Mandap' where the marriage rituals took place one after another. Though the eyes of Bride and Groom met before, according to 'Prajapatya riti ' the first rituals was 'Shubha-Drishti' where the Bride would cover her face with betel leaves(Paan patra) and after she rounded the groom thrice while sitting on a platform( the platform would be held by the brother's of bride either or "bahakas" if brothers were unavailable) she would lifted the betel leaves and looked at her Groom. While Sati performed this ritual she blushed all the time. Then next step was 'Malavadal' when both Bride and Groom exchanged the garlands which they wore previously. Then They both sat in the 'Vivaah-Mandap' where as Sati's grandfather Brahmadev did her 'Kanyadaan'. Everyone was so happy to witness that auspicious moment. And then Sati's sister Revati did her 'Jod-Bandhan' with her Lord Shiv. Then they performed 'Saptapadi' where the Bride and Groom both stood together but Groom stayed behind of Bride holding her arm and touched her heel with his toe and Bride with her feet had to crashed 7 betel leaves contained with rice, betel nut, haritaki etc. one by one with 7 different inscription. By each Inscription Bride and Groom promised each other to stay together, support each other in good and bad time etc. After the 'Saptapadi' the Bride did the "Laaj 'Dahan" ritual by giving the Laaj in the fire (as the Bride put the laajs into the fire she is called Laajbanti)when the Groom held her arm from her back. Then the last rituals "Sindoor- Daan' took place where the Groom applied Sindoor or Kumkum on Bride's forehead . After that the Yajna bidhi was performed by the both Bride and Groom and then they were declared as husband and wife. After ending the marriage rituals Bride and Groom were sent into 'Vasar Griha' for resting.

Finally the marriage of Shiva Sati had been completed in the presence of all deities,sages and men.
