It had been exactly three days and he had not been able to push her out of his mind. He could not think about anything else. He replayed her images over and over again in his head. She was just so freaking cute. Her smiles and her eyes kept Viren occupied throughout the day as he kept daydreaming about her.

He constructed fake dates with her in his head- it was blissful!

Viren had stopped visiting Manvi's profile because Jeevika looked better in real. His calls to Manvi had tripled over the last three days because he wanted to hear Jeevika's voice in the background somewhere. It just kept ringing in his head since that day and no matter what he did, it stayed there. He kicked himself for not taking her number that day!

Anyway it was one day when Manvi was pissed at him because he apparently kept mentioning about her sister in everything he said.

"Viren, one more word about her and we will never talk again" she said.

It was the millionth time that day that he had picked her name up in a conversation.

"I don't want you near her again. Do you get me" she continued.

"But why? It's not as if I am hitting on her."

"No, but you were staring at her. I don't want a guy like you hovering near her"

"Did she notice?"

"I didn't ask her"

"Did she say anything about me?"

"I din't ask her that either,' she said, ' Viren, any other girl in the universe, but not my sister! For heaven's sake. She is too simple for all your games, Viren. And you know my parents…'

'Games? Anyways, fine. We will not talk about her"

"Better" she said.

No matter how had he tried, he could not change Manvi's perception about him being a flirt and a guy who just slept around. It was so unfair.

"And Viren your not adding her on Facebook"

"Why not? Now, what's wrong with that?"

"Just like that. I don't want you to go about liking every picture of hers, like you have done in mine…"

"Umm, you noticed?" He asked.

"Obviously Viren. You liked every picture of hers in my album."

"Oh okay, but-"

"Nothing doing. No adding her on Facebook" she said this sternly, and they did not talk about it further.

The very next moment, he sent her the friend request! The more Jeevika was treated like a guarded princess, the more he was drawn to her.

Soon he realised how painful the wait was for a friend request to be accepted on Facebook. And this was the prettiest girl he had ever seen. The girl Viren had a crush on. On facebook and in real.

He looked at the laptop and waited. His eyes grew weary and tired, but he could not take his eyes off it.

And then a message came

Jeevika Chaudhary: Are you sure? J Didn't Manvi ask you not to add me?

Viren tried diverting his mind now, because he himself didn't know why was he doing that. After almost a while, he went to the message screen and after thinking a lot composed the message!

Viren Vadhera: We don't have to tell her J

It wasn't witty, it wasn't smart, but he had to reply! He looked at his watch and it was still ten in the night. She would be awake, he guessed.

He waited and almost immediately did the reply come. And their chat started from there through Face book messages!

Jeevika Chaudhary: You don't but I have to. She is my sister! And she doesn't have nice things to say about you (:

Viren Vadhera: She is just possessive!

Jeevika Chaudhary: I am sure she has reasons J

Viren Vadhera: Will you add me already! J

Jeevika Chaudhary: *runs to ask Manvi if she should*

Viren Vadhera: nooo! *dies*

Jeevika Chaudhary: *JERK*

A little later, he got the noticifiaction he had been waiting for!

Jeevika Choudhary accepted your friend request.

And he had not even spent three minutes on her profile that his phone rang, crap! It was Manvi. Quite obviously, she had noticed that friend request!

"VIREN!!" She almost screamed on the phone.

He had to just distract her, or she would have sucked him in through the receiver and goggled poor Viren up. He had seen the lizard side of her, and it was not pleasing, Not at all.
