She has started looking 'sad' after her plastic surgeries. Even at teh Screen awards, her smile was as if she is crying... WHY do people do this to themselves?

*Sighs* the changes she's made to her body are noticeable but these pics aren't bad compared to some I've seen since her surgery. I think she looks beautiful here.
